| After the implementation of the comprehensive two-child policy,a large number of new school-age children were born in counties,and the rise of inclusive private kindergartens greatly alleviated the difficulties and costs faced by families in counties in entering kindergartens.However,the economic development of the county is relatively backward,the development of preschool education has been in a slow state for a long time,the construction of teachers is not good,and the living condition is worrying.It is the only way to strengthen the construction of teachers,an important part of the development of inclusive private kindergartens,and a key measure to meet the needs of preschool education of the county public.For this reason,this study is based on the living status of teachers in S county,to peek into the existing problems in their living status,dig deep into the influencing factors,and put forward the optimal path,so as to provide reference for improving the living status of teachers in private kindergartens in S county.The introduction consists of the reason,significance,literature review,concept definition,theoretical basis and research plan.The body part is composed of four parts.The first part is the analysis of quantitative and qualitative results.The 185 valid questionnaires collected were recorded into SPSS.22.0 for analysis,and the recordings of 15 kindergarten teachers,4 kindergarten principals and 1 staff member of education authorities in S county were transcribed.Based on the education ecosystem theory,this paper analyzes the living status of teachers in six dimensions,including professional life status,professional development,working environment,job choice,salary and welfare,and social status,from the living status of micro,middle,appearance and macro ecosystem.The second part is a peek at the existing problems.The main problem is that heavy work pressure,"physical and mental exhaustion" lack of self-confidence;The professional development space is small,"powerless" lack of motivation;The working environment is not perfect,"as if in clouds" big difference between urban and rural areas;Low wages and less welfare,"less than satisfactory" income and expenditure imbalance;The absence of supervision of relevant departments,"armchair" support strength is small;The social status is generally not high,"body light speech" low degree of recognition.The third part is the influence factors of deep excavation.This paper tries to explore the factors affecting the living state of private kindergarten teachers in S County from the dimensions of material,system,spirit and behavioral ecological environment.The fourth part is to put forward the improvement path.Based on the above analysis of the actual living conditions of private kindergarten teachers in S County,the following optimization paths are proposed:strengthen government support and accelerate the implementation of legislation to guarantee preschool education;To improve the management level of the park and encourage social forces to participate in environmental construction;Pay attention to the work and life of teachers and broaden the professional development space of preschool teachers;We will improve the preschool education environment and guide social groups to form an atmosphere of respect.Last reviews the whole research process,carries on the research reflection. |
