Research On The Interactive Mode Assisting Community Volunteer Service Ability Construction ——Take X Community In Guide County As An Example

Under the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in the new era,community voluntary service plays an increasingly important role in community governance and residents’ daily lives,and it is one of the effective ways for the public to participate in community governance.However,there are many problems in our country’s voluntary service,one of which is the insufficient service ability of community volunteers,which has seriously affected the development process of community volunteer service.Group work can play a significant role in improving the service ability of community volunteers.On the one hand,it starts with community residents,cultivates community residents’ sense of responsibility to the community,explores their own advantages,and enhances community residents’ sense of participation in volunteer services.On the other hand,starting from the community volunteer service team,it helps the community volunteer team to find and rationally integrate the resources within the community,and link the available resources outside the community,promote the healthy development of community volunteer services,and provide community residents with an efficient A platform for participating in community voluntary service.This research takes the X community where the author is intern as an example,and uses the interactive mode of group work as an intervention method to discuss how to improve the service ability of community volunteers.First,understand the status quo of volunteer service in X community through semi-structured interviews and observation methods,and then analyze the causes of the problems presented by volunteer services in X community under the guidance of field theory,and finally use group work interaction mode as an intervention method to promote The service capacity of community volunteers is improved,and the capacity building of volunteer service in the X community is promoted.Through the evaluation of the process and effects of group activities,it is found that the interactive mode can promote the formation of intimate relationships between community volunteers,enhance cohesion,and enhance teamwork ability by improving the interaction between community volunteers.It has obvious effects on the construction of community volunteer service capacity enhancement.
