Research On The High Quality Development Of China’s Ice And Snow Sports Industry Under The New Development Pattern

The new development pattern is put forward according to the economic development environment of our country in the new era,in order to promote our country’s economic development level and strengthen our country’s international competition and cooperation.The connotation of the new development pattern is "The new development pattern with the domestic big circulation as the main body and the domestic and international double circulation promoting each other".With the new development pattern and the successful holding of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games,the ice and snow sports industry in China is facing an unprecedented opportunity.Although China’s ice and snow sports have a history of nearly 100 years,they are constrained by geographical factors and economic development conditions,it is difficult to overcome the negative factors,such as the slow development of ice and snow sports industry,the weak sense of public participation,the uneven distribution of venues and facilities,and the shortage of ice and snow management talents,which restrict the development of ice and snow sports industry in China.In this paper,three representative provinces of Hebei Province,Hubei Province and Guangdong Province are selected to carry out a case study analysis and summarize the difficulties in the development of China’s ice and snow sports industry,it also analyzes the successful experiences of Norway,America and Japan in developing ice and snow sports industry,and combines with the actual development of China’s ice and snow sports industry.The conclusions are as follows:（1）the development of ice and snow sports industry is not balanced and the structure of industry chain is not reasonable.（2）the ice and snow wear equipment relies on the import,lacks the domestic independent brand.（3）lack of professional ice and snow management personnel,the quality of the industry is difficult to improve.（4）the efforts of ice and snow culture cultivation are insufficient and the popularity of the masses is relatively low.（5）The snow and ice movement is deeply affected by the epidemic situation,and there is a risk of temporary shutdown.Suggestions:（1）actively cultivate the ice and snow sports market main body,improve the industrial chain according to local conditions;（2）take the number and the wisdom as the key,support the sports enterprise to create the local brand;（3）promote the ice and snow specialty to enter the university,systematize the theory to train the specialized personnel;（4）to foster a culture of ice and snow with Chinese characteristics and arouse public enthusiasm for ice and Snow Sports;（5）to establish a management system and an emergency mechanism for public emergencies in light of China’s actual conditions.
