| With today’s global economy and rapid development, sports industry is alsobooming, its huge development potential, has become a new growth point of thenational economy. With economic development and scientific progress, productivityhas been greatly improved, there is more time for people to play sports, sportinggoods market has been rapidly growing, with the sports boom spurring. At present,China has become the world’s largest sporting goods manufacturer. As Northeast bigprovince of Jilin, relying on industrial advantages, rapid economic development,people’s life quality has been exceedingly increased, according to the report,happiness levels among the nation’s top ten in Changchun City, Jilin. Unique ice andsnow resource in Jilin province attracts tourists all over the country, currently,theice-snow sports industry in Jilin province is developing rapidly. According to theexperience of domestic and international economic and social development, therapidly expanding of sports industry would pull a series of industry development, butwinter sports goods industry in Jilin province due to lack of scientific planning andproper guidance, basically in a disordered State. Therefore, it is essential to researchthe winter sports industry in Jilin province in this period.In order to promote winter sports industry development in Jilin province andfirstly winter sports goods enterprises in Jilin province should be investigated andstudied. Through literature, expert interviews, field trips, research methods and ananalysis of the current state of winter sports goods industry in Jilin province, findproblems and propose appropriate countermeasures. Study results showed that thewinter sports industry development in Jilin province stalled because of the limits oflocal economy and perceptions. Existing problems are:(1) winter sports goodsindustry in Jilin province of backward technology.(2) lack of winter sporting goods industry human resources in Jilin province.(3) winter sports goods industry in Jilinprovince were small.(4) lack of well-known brands, and (5) lack of uniform technicalstandards. Favorable conditions for winter sports industry development in Jilinprovince are:(1) with abundant snow and ice resources,(2) As an old industrial basein Northeast China, jilin province has solid industrial foundation.(3) Jilin provinceuniversities everywhere, rich talent. According to the winter sports industry in Jilinprovince and emerging issues, making the following responses:(1) the leadingscience and technology strategy.(2) talent priority strategy (3) expanding the scale ofbusiness, taking the road of industrial cluster development strategies.(4) establishingbrand awareness, building well-know brand strategy (5) carry on winter sports goodsstandardization actively. |
