Research On Countermeasures Of High-quality Development Of Ice-snow Sports Tourism Industry In Liaoning Province

The 24 th Winter Olympic Games will be held in 2022 in Beijing,the capital of China.The hosting of this winter Olympic Games will undoubtedly greatly promote the rapid development of China's ice and Snow Sports.Liaoning Province,as one of the main positions of ice and snow sports in China,is rich in ice and snow sports resources and mass basis,and has great potential for ice and snow sports development.It is very important for the sustainable development of ice and snow sports in Liaoning Province to grasp the opportunity of this winter Olympic Games and promote the high-quality development of ice and Snow Sports.As an important branch of sports tourism,it has become a new form of business under the influence of the idea of industry integration and the thought of "Internet + ".The formation and development of the ice and snow sports tourism industry not only enriches the connotation,extends the industrial chain and promotes the value of the ice and snow sports industry,but also expands the space for the development of the ice and snow sports,gave new impetus to the development of ice and snow sports.Therefore,the research on the high-quality development of ice and snow sports tourism will be of great theoretical and practical significance to the development of ice and snow sports in Liaoning Province and even in China.This paper uses the methods of Literature Review,investigation(field survey,questionnaire survey,face-to-face interview),Comparative Analysis,Mathematical Statistics and logical analysis,etc,analysis and research on high-quality development of ice and snow sports tourism industry in Liaoning Province.The research contents include: 1.The analysis of ice-snow sports tourism resources in Liaoning Province;2.The analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of high-quality development of ice-snow sports tourism in Liaoning Province under the background of Winter Olympics;3.The present situation and main problems of ice-snow sports tourism industry in Liaoning Province;4.The countermeasures and suggestions of promoting the high-quality development of ice-snow sports tourism industry in Liaoning Province.The analysis of the current situation of development shows that: 1.As the core carrier of ice and Snow Sports Tourism Industry,as the development of snow and Ice Sports,Liaoning Province ski resort,Skating Rink,ice town and other ice and snow tourism facilities,the overall number of small and medium-sized mainly,all kinds of hardware facilities are relatively complete,service facilities are relatively perfect;2,from the market level,under the influence of the 2022 Winter Olympic Games,sports tourism consumers in Liaoning Province are gradually increasing,their consumption motives are diversified,their participation frequency is high,and they have good market prospects,the advantages of developing ice and snow sports tourism in Liaoning Province are: Convenient Transportation,comprehensive public service facilities,and strong consumer desire for ice and snow sports tourism.Disadvantages are: Ice and Snow Sports Tourism Development Cycle is short,the difference is low without core competitiveness,the lack of well-known brands at home and abroad,lack of professional ski sports tourism talent,and at the same time face the threat of the surrounding areas to divert some tourists.4.The successful bid for the Beijing Winter Olympic Games has brought about an opportunity for the development of ice and snow sports tourism in Liaoning Province.The government attaches great importance to the development of sports tourism,and has issued corresponding preferential policies and intensified publicity,to encourage the majority of consumers to participate in ice and snow sports tourism activities.The main problems are summarized as follows: 1.The utilization efficiency of ice and snow sports tourism resources is not high,and the comprehensive development ability is not strong;2.The degree of industry convergence is low,the internal motive force of development is insufficient 3.The product characteristics are not obvious,and the degree of market differentiation is low;4,the lack of professional talent,market competitiveness is not strong;5,Management Technology is relatively backward,low efficiency of industrial operation.In the light of the existing problems,this paper puts forward improving measures and suggestions,including: 1.innovating the mechanism of resource integration to realize the coordinated development of ice and snow sports tourism in NortheastChina;2.strengthening the awareness of "ice and snow + ",to enhance the height of industrial integration and enhance the core competitiveness of the industry in an all-round way;3.To seize the opportunity of 5G network and other scientific and technological development to create an "intelligent" development strategy;4.To build a talent construction platform,improve service level and focus on brand building;5.Construct a comprehensive development system to realize the "year-round" pattern of ice and snow sports tourism activities.
