As an important part of vocational education system in our country,secondary vocational education is shouldering the social responsibility of training high-quality technical skills to help the economic and social development.The integration of production and education is the direction of vocational education reform and also a powerful measure to improve the quality of secondary vocational colleges.On the basis of promoting basic teaching,secondary vocational schools should vigorously promote school-enterprise cooperation,integration of production and education,construction of "double-skilled" teachers and construction of practice and training bases to further improve students’ technical skills.In this paper,from the perspective of the integration of industry and education of secondary vocational college personnel training related theoretical research,through the questionnaire survey and interview,the Rizhao agricultural school of finance and trade professional personnel training status survey,analysis of the university of finance and trade major in the talent training of the bottleneck.In view of the existing problems,starting from the reality,targeted measures are put forward to improve the quality of talent training of finance and trade major in vocational colleges.In order to achieve the research goal,this research takes "reflection,criticism,absorption and construction" as the research context.The basic ideas are: the first part introduces the research background of the paper,and puts forward the content and theoretical basis of the relevant introduction such as research methods,main contents and main routes of the research;The second part,through the methods of questionnaire and interview,studies how Rizhao Agricultural School improves students’ employability and promotes the training of financial and business professionals in secondary vocational schools,as well as the existing problems and causes;The third part puts forward the optimization mechanism,main conclusions and future prospects for promoting the training of financial and commercial talents in secondary vocational schools.The punishment of paper innovation is "new research subject" and "new research angle".Through investigation,it is found that the finance and commerce major of Rizhao Agricultural School has some problems in talent training,such as imperfect supporting laws and regulations,insufficient dynamic adjustment of major and curriculum settings,unreasonable teacher structure,insufficient combination of school and enterprise,and poor employment quality.Under the above circumstances,how to improve the quality of personnel training in secondary vocational schools under the vision of integration of production and education has become the focus.First of all,the state and local governments should add laws related to school enterprise cooperation or integration of industry and education,and local governments should also formulate corresponding implementation rules and policies to promote the development of secondary vocational education according to regional characteristics,so as to create local featured teaching.Secondly,secondary vocational colleges should set up a dynamic adjustment mechanism by setting up characteristic courses of integration of production and education;Strengthen the construction of teachers’ team,build an excellent teachers’ team,focus on building the ability of "double teachers",build a high-quality "double teacher" teachers’ team and continue to deepen school enterprise cooperation,set up teaching content according to actual needs,and improve the comprehensive quality of students.Finally,secondary vocational schools should improve the system construction as soon as possible,increase the investment in hardware facilities,provide accurate employment guidance services,and strengthen the construction of graduates’ employment service information network platform.They can also improve the quality of talent training by establishing school run cooperation institutions,holding regular council meetings,cooperating with enterprises to run schools,or agreeing to send graduates,To enable the majority of secondary vocational school students to truly grow into high-quality technical talents,better realize their personal values,and also make greater contributions to social and economic development. |
