| In this study,the research of equestrian talent training at home and abroad was analyzed through the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and comparative analysis to determine the research content and research ideas.87 equestrian enterprises and more than 400 equestrian graduates of the college were filled in the questionnaire by using the questionnaire survey method.Investigate the schools which take the lead in setting up equestrian specialty in China;This paper explores the equestrian talent training mode that is most suitable for the domestic equestrian industry.This paper consists of five parts: introduction,core concepts and theoretical basis,current situation and main problems of equestrian professional talent training,experience,conclusions and suggestions of equestrian school-enterprise cooperation talent mode in foreign colleges and universities.The first section is the introduction,which elaborates the research background and significance,analyzes the development of domestic equestrian industry,equestrian specialty construction,domestic equestrian talent training and equestrian industry and education integration,and studies the overseas equestrian talent training mode.The research object and research method are defined,the research content and research innovation are determined.The second section elaborates the concepts related to the integration of industry and education and equestrian majors,and elaborates the stakeholder theory,demand-oriented theory and corporate social responsibility theory involved in this studyIn the third quarter of W college equestrian investigation of talent cultivation,the first of W college international equestrian college teachers,school after professional training and trade enterprises to participate in the three aspects of equestrian data statistics and analysis of the status of talents cultivation.Summary of equestrian problems existing in the talent cultivation in China,the present situation investigation and data analysis,it is concluded that the problems equestrian riding talent cultivation in China mainly is made with fusion aspect of the government in the equestrian industry lack of dominance,equestrian students after graduation in universities is hard to meet the demand of industry,equestrian industry participation in fusion education is low,alignment is not enough.The fourth section studies the school-enterprise model of equestrian talent training in Germany,the United Kingdom and the United States,using methods such as literature,comparative analysis and so on.The research believes that there are some differences in policy guarantee,cooperation level,cooperation concept and cooperation mode in equestrian school-enterprise cooperation compared with foreign countries,and puts forward some suggestions for optimization.The fifth section Conclusions and Suggestions: Problems at the government level are mainly caused by insufficient publicity and support,lack of clear responsibilities of government,enterprise and school,and lack of effect evaluation and monitoring mechanism.The reasons for the problems at the university level are unclear training objectives,imperfect curriculum setting and unreasonable construction of teachers.The reasons for the problems at the enterprise level are the lack of initiative,the lack of efforts to promote the integration of industry and education in equestrian talent training,and the lack of responsibility.Suggestions are put forward according to the conclusions.The government should improve the system and guarantee system to promote the integration of industry and education.Strengthen funding guarantee and guide party participation;Optimize the layout planning of equestrian industry and build a participation mechanism.Colleges and universities,according to the employment needs of enterprises to optimize the training program;The two sides of the school and enterprise hire each other and share the excellent team of teachers;Relying on industry standards to build a curriculum system.Industry enterprises,clear responsibilities to undertake equestrian talent training;Industry and enterprises actively cooperate with universities to train equestrian talents;Actively participate in school management and actively seek integration. |
