Education is the foundation of the country,and the development of education is a boost for economic and social development.In China’s modern national education system,vocational education and general education go hand in hand.As the foundation of vocational education,secondary vocational education occupies a pivotal position in vocational education.China’s economy and society are developing rapidly,and the "new normal" of the economy has driven the "new normal" of vocational education.The integration of industry and education is not only the background of the era of the development of secondary vocational education,but also the goal and direction of its development,and the integration of industry and education has brought new opportunities and development to secondary vocational education.This paper combs the relevant literature at home and abroad on the cultivation of talents integrating industry and education in secondary vocational schools,combines the theory of combining education through labor with education,the theory of cooperation between industry and education,Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought and other theories,takes Baoding X Vocational Education Center as the research object,and analyzes the problems in the process of cultivating talents integrating industry and education in X Vocational Education Center through questionnaires and interviews,SPSS statistical software is used to analyze data to ensure the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Through the analysis of questionnaire survey results and interview records,it is found that the talent cultivation of industry education integration in X Vocational Education Center is mainly due to the following problems: the talent cultivation scheme fails to meet the market demand,the talent cultivation process fails to meet the needs of enterprises,the talent cultivation method fails to meet the needs of practice,and the talent cultivation quality evaluation fails to meet the industry norms.On this basis,the reasons for the problems are analyzed,including the lack of experience in training industry education integration talents in schools,the low enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the training of industry education integration talents,and the implementation,innovation and platform construction of government policies related to industry education integration need to be strengthened.Finally,from the perspective of schools,enterprises and the government,this paper proposes measures to improve the talent training of the integration of production and education in secondary vocational schools.Secondary vocational schools should improve the ability of talent cultivation through integration of production and education,take market demand as the guidance,and jointly study the talent cultivation plan between schools and enterprises;With the enterprise demand as the goal,scientifically design the talent training process;Take the training quality as the core,and constantly optimize the talent training mode;Guided by industry standards,improve the talent training quality evaluation system;To establish an integrated management organization of production and education in the school through professional management.Give full play to the leading role of industry organizations,and adhere to the "production" orientation to mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises.The government should increase its support for the training of talents for the integration of industry and education,strengthen the publicity of the integration of industry and education policy,ensure that the policy is implemented in place,innovate a new mode of integration of industry and education based on regional characteristics,and establish an information and guidance system.Only through multiple efforts can we form a joint force to ensure the improvement and development of the talent training for the integration of industry and education in secondary vocational schools in China.
