| Parkour is an emerging and fashionable sport.It has the value of strengthening body,exceeding the self,pleasing body and mind,and enhancing the ability of self-protection.Meanwhile,the young people love this sport because of its free sports style and novel sports methods.As a carrier to achieve teaching goals,teaching content is a bridge between teaching concept and teaching practice.Building a scientific and reasonable parkour teaching content system is an important link to promote the campus-based and curriculum-based development of parkour and improve the quality of teaching.Some sports universities have started parkour as optional courses.However,there are very few related researches on the construction of this course content.This course teaching content system is imperfect and unreasonable.More attention is paid to difficult movement technical training,and it lacks the necessary theory and practice skill teaching.The teaching content is difficult,making the parkour course filled with teaching attributes and lack of the educational teaching attributes because its the difficult level and large amount.Accordingly,it is urgent to enhance the research on the teaching content system of parkour courses to build a more scientific and reasonable teaching content system of parkour optional courses.Aimed at the physical and mental characteristics of students majoring in physical education,this paper uses the method of literature materials,expert interviews,Delphi method and mathematical statistics.On the basis of teaching content system of the parkour optional course of the theory,principles and research,this paper conducts a systematic research on the construction of the teaching content system,and the main conclusions are as follows:1.The construction of the teaching content system of the parkour optional course in the Sports University should follow the principles of comprehensiveness,suitability,innovation,systematicness,scientificity and practicality;based on physical and mental characteristics.2.The teaching content system of the parkour optional course in the Sports University involves three parts,including basic theory,movement technology and practical skills.The basic theory involves four aspects,including the origin and development of parkour,the characteristics and classification of parkour,the function and terminology of parkour,and common sports injuries and prevention,with 12 specific contents in total;the action technique includes four action types,namely jumping action,rolling action,climbing action,and suspension action,with 17 specific contents in total;the practical skills part mainly includes 9 aspects,namely demonstration skills,curriculum design and implementation skills,teaching evaluation skills,training method application skills and training method application skills.Since the development of parkour in China,course teaching and related research are still in the initial stage,the resources of practical and theoretical research results are limited,and limited by time and conditions.This paper only theoretically discusses and establishes the teaching content system of parkour optional courses,lack of empirical research and insufficient investigation and research.It will be improved in the follow-up research,carry out teaching empirical research covering more teaching elements,and build a more complete,scientific and effective parkour course teaching content system. |
