The Feasibility Analysis On The Introduction Of Parkour To Public Physical Education Course In Universities

On the premise of Sunshine sports in our country, the colleges and universities have been carrying on an exploratory research on the reform of public sports. There are various of new thinking and new ideas. Nowadays at the colleges and universities, the most students were born in1990s. They are lively,brave intelligent,exploratory.The public sports courses could not be satisfied with their demands.It is necessary to introduce new fashion sports for the students. Parkour comes from western countries.It is popular with the young in the clubs,little society, middle sports meeting.In this text,the author makes some academic analysis on whether Parkour is suitable for the public sports.Then put the theory into practice.The Parkour course is tested in China Central Normal University. The Parkour course has been teaching for three months.At the same time, to make comprehensive testing and analysis on the students before and after the lesson. To explore the feasibility of introduction of Parkour in the public sports.The aim is to give some beneficial and helpful advice on the public sports in universities.1.The universities should try to use new teaching theories,be brave to accept new sports, make the PE class more lively. And give new and exploratory teaching contents, drafting rational teaching plans.2.Give more learning,training,advanced study chances to the PE teachers.Let them realize more new and fashion sports item,to develop their professional skills and improve their teaching methods.3. In the colleges and universities,they should learn from each other and enhance exchange information, achieve the share of the sports resource which includes human and natural resource.They could learn from the university which has carried on. In the development initial period, experiment first, then spread out.4.The government and sports organization should pay attention to the development of new sports items, give support and encouragement, do better promotion work..At the same time, promote and guide the development of Parkour by all sports events.
