Feasibility Study On The Establishment Of Three Pairs Of Three Basketball Elective Courses In The Physical Education Department Of Xi'an University

In 2002, the ministry of education promulgated the national ordinary higher school physical education curriculum guiding outline, it accelerated the pace of college sports curriculum reform implementation, set off a wave of reform spread to all regular institutions of higher learning in the country. To implement the spirit of the outline, the national colleges and universities sports curriculum reform began, emphasize the guiding ideology of health first, the concept of people-oriented, respect students’ interests and the freedom to choose of course, some new sports in colleges and universities sports curriculum, enrich the physical education curriculum contents, sports curriculum to meet the demand of college students. Three on three basketball into youth Olympic after the meeting, are popular with the youth, it not only conforms to the characteristics of college students’ physical and mental development rule, and meet the demand of college students’interest, so open a three on three basketball elective course in colleges and universities is an inevitable trend.This paper studies the feasibility of open three on three basketball elective course, aimed at xi’ an university sports departments set up three on three basketball elective courses to provide certain theory reference, include three on three basketball games in colleges and universities sports curriculum, into the sports classroom as soon as possible, make the university sports curriculum more reasonable and perfect. So, this paper, taking xi’an university sports departments of some teachers and students as investigation object, uses the literature material law, questionnaire survey, on-the-spot investigation method, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, etc. The research method of combining to xi’an 7 colleges and universities sports departments of three on three basketball movement development present situation, the sports facility, sports funds, sports teaching material, leadership attitude, teachers and students, and so on and so forth to investigate and analysis, research of xi’an university sports departments set up three on three basketball elective course is feasible. Survey results indicate that the xi ’an university sports departments of existing hardware and software conditions can basically meet the opening of a three on three basketball elective course and the needs of the daily teaching, but also there are some factors affecting the opening of three on three basketball elective course. Therefore, xi’an university sports departments set up three on three basketball elective course is necessary, and it has certain feasibility.
