Study On Influencing Factors Of County Sports Tourism Industry Integration Level In Hubei Province

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s social economy,the people’s quality of life has been significantly improved,and the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle is becoming stronger and stronger.It has greatly promoted the development of sports industry and tourism industry.In 2018,the State Council issued the national strategic plan for Rural Revitalization（2018-2022）,which clearly pointed out that "promote cross-border allocation of factors and organic integration of industries,and carry out rural tourism activities in rural areas",the opinions on promoting national fitness and sports consumption and promoting high-quality development of sports industry and the outline for building a sports power issued by the State Council in2019 Both mentioned the importance of developing the sports industry,encouraged the integrated development of the sports industry and the tourism industry,implemented the high-quality sports tourism demonstration project,and created a number of influential high-quality sports tourism routes.Chinese governments at all levels,from the central to the local,attach great importance to the development of sports tourism industry integration,especially the rural industry integration at the county level.However,due to the current major contradictions in China,most regional industrial integration is still in its infancy,and the overall level of sports tourism industry integration needs to be improved.Therefore,it is very important to understand the key influencing factors of sports tourism industry integration in the process of sports tourism industry integration development,which has important theoretical and practical significance for further analyzing the law of sports tourism industry integration development and promoting the improvement of sports tourism industry integration level.Firstly,using the literature method,based on PEST analysis and industrial integration theory,and based on the combing of relevant research results,this study extracts six conditional variables affecting the integration level of sports tourism industry: industrial support policy,regional GDP,per capita disposable income,financial expenditure of sports tourism industry,total income of Tourism industry and high-tech added value,This paper constructs a theoretical model of the influencing factors of county sports tourism industry integration level in Hubei Province.Secondly,using the qualitative comparative analysis method of fuzzy set,this paper takes 20 county-level cities in Hubei Province as case samples to carry out empirical research,and analyzes the factors and combination effects that cause the differences in the integration level of sports tourism industry in different places.Finally,it summarizes the promotion mode and restriction types of county sports tourism industry integration in Hubei Province.Research conclusions:（1）the high or low level of county sports tourism industry integration in Hubei province does not depend on a specific influencing factor,but the result of multiple factors.（2）There are four configuration paths to promote the high-level integration of county sports tourism industry in Hubei Province,among which the financial expenditure of high sports tourism industry,total income of high tourism industry,GDP of highland area,disposable income of high people and industrial support policies have appeared in the high-level configuration of sports tourism industry integration as important factors.At the same time,there are two modes to promote the high-level integration of county sports and tourism industry in Hubei Province: social core and policy core + economic support.（3）There is one configuration path leading to the low level of county sports tourism industry integration in Hubei Province,in which the lack of industrial support policy is the main restrictive factor.The low financial expenditure of sports tourism industry,low total income of tourism industry and low added value of high and new technology are also the restrictive factors to improve the level of industrial integration.At the same time,the path leading to the low level of county sports tourism industry integration in Hubei Province is summarized as policy society technology restriction.The conclusion of this study provides a variety of path choices for the county government of Hubei Province to achieve a high level of sports tourism industry integration or avoid a low level of sports tourism industry integration based on its own conditions,which can enable local governments and relevant enterprises to adjust their development strategies according to local conditions.At the same time,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: policy factors,economic factors and social factors related to the integration of sports and tourism industry,in order to promote the improvement of the integration level of county sports and tourism industry in Hubei Province.
