| With the vigorous development of the Internet economy,Chinese traditional enterprises are facing unprecedented development opportunities while withstanding the impact of the Internet.The internal entrepreneurship of traditional enterprises constantly stimulates the internal motivation of enterprises to innovate and obtains sustainable market competitiveness,which has become a new development opportunity for enterprises,especially for small,medium and micro enterprises.In the context of the global economic slowdown,it is more important and far-reaching practical significance to study the internal entrepreneurship of Chinese enterprises in the implementation of innovation strategies and the transformation and upgrading of the Internet.Based on a systematic review of domestic and foreign internal entrepreneurship literature,this paper uses the Timmons model to conduct an in-depth comparative analysis of the dynamic adjustments of the three elements of opportunity,team,and resources in two representative internal entrepreneurship projects of HS Group.The article found that more successful internal innovation projects have excellent leaders,and on the basis of keenly identifying business opportunities,by building a complementary and highly collaborative entrepreneurial team,fully integrating internal and external resources,and constantly adjusting the dynamic balance of the three elements,And finally achieved the staged success of internal entrepreneurship.For projects with poor development,although market opportunities are grasped in a timely manner,the unreasonable team allocation results in limited entrepreneurial resource integration capabilities and low resource utilization.The Timmons model was used for analysis,and it was found that the unbalanced matching of the three elements caused the model to tilt and the project growth was not good.Based on the above problems,this article proposes to establish and improve talent training,attraction,entry and exit,incentive mechanisms,improve the utilization of internal and external resources,establish a value-sharing industrial ecological chain,and strengthen corporate financial information management and other optimization programs.In view of the above optimization plan,this article believes that safeguard measures should be established from the three aspects of talents,system and capital to ensure the smooth implementation of the above plan.Through the above research,the conclusion of this article is as follows: In the process of internal entrepreneurship,companies should rationally train and strictly select internal entrepreneurial leaders,continuously strengthen team building,and then rationally use internal and external resources,discover and analyze problems in time,and continuously adjust Timmons model three The relationship between the elements to achieve dynamic balance,and ultimately achieve the success of internal entrepreneurship.On the one hand,this article is dedicated to building a good experimental platform for HS companies in the construction of entrepreneurial teams and the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents.On the other hand,it also enriches the Timmons model’s rational use of resources,grasping business opportunities,and team building in the process of internal entrepreneurial activities.The theory and practice application provide certain reference value and reference for human resource companies and other related industry companies that are preparing to conduct or are in the process of internal entrepreneurial activities. |
