The Study On The Status Of University Students' Entrepreneurial Intention And Its Influencing Factors

More and more researchers began to pay attention to the study on entrepreneurial activity and entrepreneurial intention with the psychological perspective of individual psychological variables (such as attitude, personality, entrepreneurial self-efficacy etc.) in the new venture; another, the objects had expanded from successful entrepreneurs to "potential entrepreneurs"(such as university students).However, many researchers on domestic and abroad related studies still focused on the factors impacting on the entrepreneurship of university students, and more from the theoretical perspective on entrepreneurship nor empirical studies; another , from the individual psychological research perspective, the current study concludes on the individual psychological variables on entrepreneurial intention that are still inconsistent, these variables on the entrepreneurial intention of the mechanism had not been fully confirmed; finally, domestic scholars were rarely studying the entrepreneurial intention of Chinese university students deeply enough. Therefore, it was necessary to further deepen China's entrepreneurial intention of university students, especially from the perspective of individual psychology to explore the perception on the campus entrepreneurial environment, personality traits, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial attitude of the impact of entrepreneurial intention.The main purpose of this study was to obtain the conditions of university students on the entrepreneurial intention, and then explored the relationship between psychological factors (including the perception on the campus entrepreneurial environment, personality traits, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial attitude) and entrepreneurial intention, based on these studies, constructing the influencing factors model of entrepreneurial intention.By reading and anglicizing relevant literature and then combined with entrepreneurial intention of the relevant models and the actual situation of Chinese college students, the writer put forward the research hypothesis and content; On this basis, the writer investigated the entrepreneurial intentions of university students to grasp the overall entrepreneurial situation firstly; And then by interviews, questionnaires, case studies to analyziz the factors on the entrepreneurial intent (sample of 2258 undergraduate in Zhejiang Province of five university), then, using independent-samples T test, variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and structural equation models to verify the hypotheses of this study. The results were as follows:(1)Entrepreneurial intention of university students was mid-level;(2)There were significant differences in entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial behavioral tendency and entrepreneurial possibility between male students and female students, low-grade students and high-grade students, the sciences and engineering students and the liberal arts students, the students whose parents are entrepreneurs and the other students whose parents worked for the Government department . ( 3 ) Individual psychological variables (including the perception on the campus entrepreneurial environment, personality traits, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial attitude) were significantly correlated with entrepreneurial intention. Among them, through anglicizing the construction of the path model found that: entrepreneurial attitude was the most important variable affecting entrepreneurial intention; the perception on the campus entrepreneurial environment, personality traits through direct and indirect effects (through entrepreneurial attitude) affect the entrepreneurial intentions of university students; entrepreneurial self-efficacy through the entrepreneurial attitude effected on the entrepreneurial intention indirectly.According to the study, Zhejiang university students had an middle level of entrepreneurial intention and there are significant differences between gender, professional, grade, parents' occupations; the perception on the campus entrepreneurial environment, personality traits, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial attitude were the important factors on entrepreneurial intention: entrepreneurial attitude was the greatest significance, the other three variables affected the entrepreneurial intention through the entrepreneurial attitude, therefore the local and entrepreneurial guidance and universities should focus on improving Students entrepreneurial personality traits, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial attitude; finally, the study found that college students had low level of the perception on the campus entrepreneurial environment, thus it would affect the role of entrepreneurship policies in colleges and universities play, so colleges and universities should strengthen the entrepreneurial education and make other policies to promote students to obtain more information and guidance in colleges and universities.
