Since “Public Entrepreneurship and Innovation” has been proposed by Prime Minister Li Keqiang at the Davos Forum in September 2014,a huge wave of “innovation for everyone” has been set off on China’s 9.6 million square kilometers of land.Subsequently,the National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Policy Service Information Network continued to introduce "double innovation" support policies to comprehensively upgrade the policy environment for innovation and entrepreneurship services.In the traditional market model,enterprises and users have clear boundaries,but with the continuous awakening of user innovation consciousness,the boundaries between the two have become increasingly blurred,and users have become a major force in innovation.In order to maintain the continuous innovation power of the organization,enterprises began to seek creativity from the outside.Haier has taken the lead in establishing the HOPE open innovation platform,absorbing user ideas,and building an innovation ecosystem with users.Nestlé,Epson and many other companies have followed suit.With the continuous improvement of users’ innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities,many users,especially leading users,have developed the idea of commercial innovation.User-created enterprises are blossoming everywhere,and leading users are no longer partners of enterprise innovation,but creators of new products and business models.The frenzy of user entrepreneurship is coming,leading users stand out,they continuously innovate products and services,and then carry out commercial innovation.From the perspective of entrepreneurial behavior,the leading user entrepreneurial models based on patent innovation are different.Some leading users choose to start their own businesses,relying on their own ability to break through the obstacles to entrepreneurship;some leading users actively cooperate with enterprises and use the resources and platforms of existing enterprises for collaborative entrepreneurship.So,what is the difference between this leading user-led collaborative entrepreneurship and the open innovation platform created by companies? What is the difference between leading users and ordinary users? What are the entrepreneurial models of leading users?What is the reason why leading users choose different entrepreneurial models for commercial innovation? This is a subject worthy of in-depth study.This study takes leading users as the research object,and takes the leading users’ entrepreneurial willingness and entrepreneurial behavior as the main line to construct"entrepreneurship education-entrepreneurial willingness(regulation)-entrepreneurial competencies(intermediary)-entrepreneurial support(regulation)-entrepreneurship The structural equation model of "mode",on this basis,carry out a series of studies.The main purpose of a series of studies is to answer the following four questions in order to enrich theoretical results and provide practical inspiration.First,what are the characteristics of leading users? What is the difference from ordinary users? Second,what is the relationship between leading users’ entrepreneurial education,entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial model? Is the intermediary effect significant? Third,do entrepreneurial willingness and entrepreneurial support play a regulatory effect? What is the difference between the adjustment effect of family and government support dimensions and business support dimensions in entrepreneurial support? Fourth,based on the research results,what countermeasures and suggestions can be provided for the government,enterprises and universities?In order to answer the above questions,this research is carried out through three parts:theoretical research,empirical research and countermeasure research.Based on lead user theory,planned behavior theory and human capital theory,construct a structural equation model;by proposing research hypotheses,select 362 samples from eight universities in four provinces and cities in China,and use SPSS,AMOS and Mplus statistical software for data Handling;Based on the results of empirical research,make recommendations for governments,enterprises and universities.Therefore,this study has the following conclusions: First,leading users are generated from the user group,but they are different from ordinary users.They have higher knowledge and skills,and use a certain product for a long time,which is also accompanied by unique products.Insights and requirements.Being at the forefront of important market trends and expecting to benefit from the process of providing new ideas and new products are two major characteristics of leading users.Second,entrepreneurship education has an impact on the choice of entrepreneurial model,and entrepreneurial competence plays an intermediary role between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial models.Third,entrepreneurial willingness positively regulates the relationship between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial competence.The higher the lead user’s entrepreneurial willingness,the more significant the impact of entrepreneurial education on entrepreneurial competence.Entrepreneurship support has no moderating effect in the relationship between entrepreneurial capabilities and entrepreneurial models.Fourth,colleges and universities should combine curriculum education with practical education to form an innovation and entrepreneurship education system that integrates industry,education and research;government and enterprises should collaborate with colleges and universities to provide external resources needed for entrepreneurship;leading users should be close Combining achievements to improve their entrepreneurial competence.The innovation of this research lies in the research perspective,research object and research path.First of all,this subject combines the perspectives of pedagogy,marketing and management,and starts with the theory of leading users.It is a theory aimed at the subject of innovation and entrepreneurship,and it is unique.Secondly,this subject takes the leading users of patents held by universities as the research object.Leading users are users who are at the forefront of important market trends and expect to obtain satisfaction from solutions that meet their needs,and even considerable benefits.Leading users not only have innovative ideas and capabilities,but also have the potential to commercialize their innovations.Finally,this topic focuses on the impact mechanism of entrepreneurship education on the choice of leading users’ entrepreneurial model.At the same time,entrepreneurial competence is used as an intermediary variable,and entrepreneurial willingness and entrepreneurial support are used as moderating variables.
