Entrepreneurship is increasingly considered to be an important driving force for the development of productive forces as well as economy and society. In consideration of the positive impact of entrepreneurship, many countries regard venture as a solution to the economic downturn, increasing unemployment rate, and excessive college graduates and other issues of a basic program. Compared with that of developed countries’, Chinese university students’ entrepreneurship rate is obviously low, while the entrepreneurial intention is the best predictor of entrepreneurial behavior. Therefore, to improve the entrepreneurial intention of college students not only have practical significance for the creation of the system, but also can promote the development of society and economy.Based on the studies of entrepreneurial intention, this paper tries to predict the influence degree of entrepreneurial role models and entrepreneurial attitude on entrepreneurial intention by discussing the relationships among entrepreneurial role model, undergraduate students’ entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial intention. This paper conducts a questionnaire survey in 6 universities from five provinces and municipalities by using self-made entrepreneurial role model questionnaire, Jiang Haiyan entrepreneurial attitude scale and Liu Chen entrepreneurial intention scale. The conclusions are as follows:(1) There are significant differences in the entrepreneurial intention of undergraduate students in different genders, grades, and educational levels of father, parents’ entrepreneurship and the degrees of entrepreneurship education. Boys entrepreneurial intention is significantly higher than that of girls; junior entrepreneurial intention of college students is significantly higher than that of the senior college students; the level of college students’ entrepreneurial intention has an inverse relationship with their fathers’ educational level; entrepreneurship of college students whose parents started their own business have higher entrepreneurial intention than those whose parents didn’t; college students from rural areas have a higher entrepreneurial intention than those from cities; the more entrepreneurship education college students accept, the higher entrepreneurial intention they have.(2) There are significant differences in the entrepreneurial attitude of undergraduate students among different grades, educational levels of parents, parents’ entrepreneurship and places of original. Entrepreneurial attitudes of junior students is significantly lower than that of students from other grades; the level of college students’ entrepreneurial attitude has an inverse relationship with their parents’ educational level; entrepreneurship of college students whose parents started their own business have higher entrepreneurial attitude than those whose parents didn’t; college students from rural areas have a higher entrepreneurial attitude than those from cities.(3) The entrepreneurial role model has a significant positive predicating effect on entrepreneurial intention. Both the successful model and failure model have a significant positive predicating effect on the entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial intention.(4) The entrepreneurial attitude of undergraduate students plays an intermediary role between the entrepreneurial role model and entrepreneurial intention.
