Investigation And Study Of Primary School Students’ Labor Attitude

Labor education is an important way to cultivate people’s all-round and harmonious development,and labor attitude is an important part of labor education.Correct labor attitude includes correct labor cognition,positive labor emotional experience and good labor behavior.It helps students to prepare for future life in terms of ability and morality,so that they can enthusiastically invest in social production in the future,and constantly create material and spiritual wealth.Labor education is an important way to cultivate people’s all-round and harmonious development,and labor attitude is an important part of labor education.Correct labor attitude includes correct labor cognition,positive labor emotional experience and good labor behavior.It helps students to prepare for future life in terms of ability and morality,so that they can enthusiastically invest in social production in the future,and constantly create material and spiritual wealth.Based on the self-made ‘primary school students’ labor attitude self-report scale’,600 students from grade 3 to grade 6 of three schools were selected as subjects to conduct a questionnaire survey;on the basis of the questionnaire survey,54 students from grade 3 to grade6 and 27 teachers were selected to conduct semi-structured interviews as supplementary materials for the questionnaire survey;non participatory observation was used to investigate the labor behavior of students in W primary school As the supplementary materials of the questionnaire and interview,the author makes a survey on the status,the penetration of teachers’ labor education,and the organization and implementation of school labor education.Based on the results of questionnaire,interview and observation,this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems and causes of primary school students’ labor attitude,and puts forward the training strategies of primary school students’ labor attitude.The results are as follows: 1.Demographic variables have a greater impact on labor attitude;2.The overall level of primary school students’ labor attitude is better;3.The cognition and behavior of primary school students’ labor are inconsistent;4.There is still room for improvement of primary school students’ labor attitude.Through analysis,the main reasons for the above conclusions are: 1.The differences in the physical and mental development stages of primary school students;2.The understanding of labor education needs to be strengthened;3.The disconnection between theory and practice in the development of labor education;4.The implementation and security system of labor education is not perfect.According to the research conclusion and the analysis of the reasons,the research puts forward the following training strategies: 1.Expand the influence of positive labor concept,cause the society,family,school to pay attention to labor education;2.Enrich the ways of school labor education;3.Implement the overall planning and organization of labor education;4.Improve the conditions of labor education.
