A Study On The Current Situation Of The Formation Of Labor Habits Of Primary School Students

Education in today’s era is no longer a simple imparting of knowledge,and attention to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality is also increasing.Labor education to primary school students can not only make them develop good working methods and habits,but also improve their intelligence,exercise their physical strength,and penetrate relevant moral education,improve their labor ability and moral quality.Especially in the human manual labor is gradually replaced by machines,artificial intelligence and other industries today,to promote the formation of primary school students’ work habits,strengthen their labor education,is undoubtedly crucial.However,the education of primary school students’ labor education and labor habit formation is not to let them carry out simple activities or blindly carry out physical labor exercise,but to carry out spiritual education to them on the basis of practice.Therefore,this paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview to study the students of Guiyang X Primary School,to understand their labor habits,labor performance and the current situation of labor education.Primary school students’ labor attitude,labor opportunities,labor behavior and the environment for the formation of labor habits were investigated and analyzed,and the status quo of primary school students’ labor habits were summarized and analyzed.The study found that there are still some problems in the process of developing primary school students’ work habits: primary school students have some deviations in their understanding of work,they still need to change their attitude towards work,they are weak in work ability,and schools,families and communities provide fewer work opportunities for primary school students.Analysis of the reasons for the school to pay more attention to intellectual education than labor education ideology deep,parents neglect labor education attitude,students own labor attitude bias,by the social ideology of bad influence.According to the investigation of the current situation,problems and reasons,the author puts forward specific countermeasures,including the school family should pay attention to the cultivation of students’ good labor consciousness,change the education attitude of primary school students’ labor;Families and schools should create rich working opportunities,provide multiple forms and diversified working methods and contents,provide a good working environment,home-school cooperation to cultivate working habits;Home school community to create a working atmosphere,pay attention to the primary school students’ labor results display.The purpose of this study is to provide reference advice for school,family,society and other aspects of education,to create an atmosphere conducive to students’ participation in labor,to promote primary school students’ active participation in labor,to develop good labor habits.
