Research On The Construction Of Characteristic Model Of Basketball Restaurants In My Country

As a "law enforcement" on the basketball game,the referee is responsible for the maintenance of the finals of the game and the order of the field,and the standardization of the tactics of the athlete’s technological tactics is required to ensure fairness and fair development of the competition.The development of the basketball industry in China and the reform of the competition system,and the improvement of the complexity of the events given higher demands to the referee’s criticism.Therefore,the referee is competing for birth.In this study,the competency characteristics of my country’s basketball referee were the research object,using literature,questionnaire surveys,mathematical statistics,and interviews,the dominant and hiddenness of the basketball referee in the criticism of my country.The characteristics of combing and summarizing,constructing the competency characteristics of the basketball referee.After research,the following study conclusions were obtained:1.The competency of the basketball referee is based on the inner quality and the behavior of the referee,and the demand for the referee in the basketball competition is the comprehensive manifestation of the quality and capability of basketball referee.2.The competency characteristics of my country’s basketball referee are subject to the advantages and generation of the main park,foreign players,competition density,fouls,and racket environmental pressure.It has put forward higher requirements for the referee,requiring referee.It is possible to respond to various complex situations during the cutting process.3.my country’s basketball referee is consistently composed of professional knowledge,criticism,cultural literacy and ideological and morality,with 29 elements.Professional knowledge dimensions include basketball rules,basketball referee,basketball referee,criticizing,basketball skills,basketball development history and status quo,sports competition related knowledge,exercise training related knowledge,sports psychology related knowledge,etc.Eight elements.The ability to criticize the ability to develop relevant critic programs before the game,the ability to accurately and the accuracy of a single action,maintain the full competition,deal,good communication skills,to deal with emergencies in the distal Ability,the ability to deal with anti-pressure and anti-interference,and correctly use 7 elements such as basketball referee.Cultural literacy dimensions include English-spent,sporting,etc.related legal common sense,basketball-related rules and regulations,computers,related knowledge of public relations Elements.Ideological and morality includes 6 elements such as cleaner and integrity and correct employment,strong career and responsibility,and comply with various rules and regulations,respect for others,serving the spirit of basketball.4.This study initially constructed the competency model of my country’s basketball referee,which was tested and able to reflect the competency characteristics of basketball referee.
