Research On The Competency Model Of Tennis Referees In China

At present,more and more international professional tennis tournaments are settled in China.In 2019,the Chinese Tennis Association has also developed an independent intellectual property tournament,the China Tennis Tournament,and plans to set a record high-quality tournament of more than 20 stations.As the "law enforcement" and "leading organizer" of the competition organization,the referee is particularly important to train tennis referees who are suitable and competent for these high-quality events.Therefore,the competency model of tennis referees constructed in this study provides a certain theoretical basis for the selection,evaluation and training of tennis referees,and helps tennis referees improve their own competency levels.This article takes Chinese tennis referee's competency as the research object,and explores the tennis referee's competency model and related theoretical basis.First of all,the literature data method is used to consult relevant materials and learn the research method;the behavior event method is used to collect the competence characteristics of our tennis referees,and the professionals are invited to carry out dimensional classification,and the model structure of our tennis referees' competency is initially constructed The preliminary competence characteristics are converted into specific behaviors to prepare a measurement questionnaire for model testing;secondly,the mathematical questionnaire is used to perform factor analysis and reliability test on the effective questionnaire data;exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis results show the model The reasonable setting of the dimensions and the validity of the structure indicate that the Chinese tennis referee's competency model constructed in this study is more scientific and reasonable,and this model can summarize the competence characteristics of our tennis referees to a certain extent.The research results show that the competency model of tennis referees in China is composed of 4dimensions and 27 subordinate elements.The specific composition: the professional quality dimension contains 10 competence elements;the physical and mental quality dimension contains 7 competence elements;and the professional skills dimension contains 5 elements;The professional moral dimension contains 5 elements.
