Appropriate pressure can promote the development of students ’ potential and help them grow better, but excessive perception of pressure will lead to students to adapt poorly in interpersonal, learning and other aspects, and even cause a series of psychological problems.Under today’s background, the mainstream of education is still exam-oriented education, and students in junior middle schools are still facing more pressure. In order to guide students to face the pressure correctly, successfully through the key three years of adolescence. In this study,627 students in a junior middle school in S were studied using perceptual stress, coping methods, psychological elasticity, and school adaptability, and obtained 588 valid questionnaires. From the relationship between pressure perception and school adaptation,we add the two variables of coping mode and psychological elasticity to analyze the relationship between the four. The final study results are as follows:(1)The pressure perception has a negative correlation between active response methods and school adaptation. The higher the level of pressure perception, the less difficult it is to adopt active response, and the school adaptation has a positive correlation between the school adaptation, and the use of active response can help students better complete the school adaptation.(2)plays an intermediary role in the active coping mode between middle school students ’ pressure perception and school adaptation. It shows that pressure perception can not only directly affect students ’school adaptation, but also affect students’ school adaptation through the coping way that affects individuals first.(3)The psychological flexibility of middle school students plays a regulating role between the active response mode and the school adaptation, that is,the second half of the intermediary path of "pressure perception--active coping mode--school adaptation".(4)The psychological elasticity support of middle school students plays a regulating role between the active response mode and the school adaptation, that is,the support force regulates the second half of the intermediary path of "pressure perception--active coping mode--school adaptation". |
