In recent years,psychological resilience has become an important topic of research.As a positive and important psychological quality,it has a protective effect on individual growth.It allows individuals to not suffer a blow when they experience difficulties.It shows great psychological flexibility and resilience in the face of adversity,which can make people recover quickly.At present,the attention to students' psychological resilience is getting higher and higher in the education work,and the research is also manifested in many aspects,especially the research on how to improve the students' psychological resilience is becoming more and more important,which becomes an important trend of future research.As a relatively important development direction in the current education industry,secondary vocational education also needs to be highly valued.The improvement of the psychological flexibility of secondary vocational students also has strong research value.Coping style,as an important influence variable of psychological resilience,is also a key research topic to study how to improve the psychological resilience of secondary vocational students by changing the coping style of secondary vocational students.This is also the main focus of this study.This study mainly investigates the life events,coping styles and psychological resilience of secondary vocational students,and explores the relationship among the three.The results are as follows:(1)The overall situation of psychological elasticity of secondary vocational students is ideal,there are no serious problems and defects;psychological flexibility and its target focus dimension and interpersonal assistance dimension have significantdifferences in gender,boys scores are significantly higher than girls;psychological elasticity total score and There are obvious grade differences in each dimension of the target focus.The upper vocational students in the upper grades have better psychological flexibility than the lower vocational students.The secondary vocational students have obvious uniqueness in the total score of psychological flexibility and the target focus dimension.The difference between the two children is that the score of the only child is significantly higher than that of the non-only child.The scores of the psychological elasticity and the various dimensions of the secondary vocational students are obviously different in the family economic situation.The more ideal the family economic situation,the higher the level of psychological resilience.(2)There is no obvious tendency for secondary vocational students to cope with coping styles,but there are gender differences.Boys are generally more inclined to point to the coping style of the problem,while girls are more inclined to point to emotional coping styles.The coping styles of secondary vocational students are positive.In addition to the rationalized explanations,they all show more obvious grade differences.Generally,the lower secondary vocational students are more inclined to point to the emotional solution,while the upper secondary vocational students can adopt the problem-oriented coping style;the secondary vocational students are The positive rationalization interpretation dimension of the coping style,the venting emotional dimension,the total score of the problem-solving method,and the total score of the emotional coping style are significant differences.The only child is more inclined to point to the problem,not the only child.Women are more willing to choose the way to respond to emotions;secondary vocational students have obvious differences in family economic status in all dimensions of coping styles.The more ideal the family economic situation,the more the secondary vocational students tend to choose the coping style that points to the problem.Poor middle-time students are more inclined to choose the other person who points to the emotions.(3)The impact of life events on secondary vocational students is below medium intensity,among which the interpersonal relationship problem has a greater impact and the learning pressure is second.(4)All dimensions of coping style can better predict the psychological resilience of secondary vocational students.Among them,seeking social support,problem solving and positive rationalization are positive predictions,fantasy denial,venting emotions,patience and avoidance are negative predictions.(5)Coping style plays a regulatory role between life events and psychological flexibility.Finally,combined with the above conclusions,in order to improve the psychological flexibility of secondary vocational students in the future education work,we should first focus on special groups,such as girls,junior high school students,non-only children,and secondary vocational students with poor family economic conditions.Focus on the future education work,and solve the individual's worries in a targeted manner.In addition,it is necessary to focus on how to improve the psychological resilience of secondary vocational students by changing coping styles,and to guide secondary vocational students to choose a more reasonable coping style in the face of negative life events,and try to use the coping styles that point to problems.Reducing the number of applications that point to emotional coping styles can improve the psychological flexibility of secondary vocational students.
