Resilience is an enticing concept. It focuses attention on what it is that enables people to bounce back despite numerous setbacks; it forces us to understand how and why children might succeed despite adversity; and it offers the hope that early disadvantages, harm or pain do not determine a negative trajectory for children’s futures. Certainly the research of resilience has flourished in many fields, including special education with no doubts. In special education field, the main study concentrates on parents of exceptional children. However the application of resilience-based frameworks to the lives of deaf children is new. Deaf college students are no exception. Very little research that directly addresses resilience has been carried out in this context. The study mainly discusses that the specialty of the resilience of deaf college students, and the relationship between that and employment pressure coping style.College students’resilience assessment edited Jiahua Xu and the employment pressure coping style for college students edited by Xili Luo are used to investigate resilience and relationship between resilience and employment pressure coping style of deaf college students.The summary of study:1. There is significant difference between deaf college students and ordinary college students on resilience, and ability of question solving, ability of applying resources, supporting of friends and society and feeling of goals as the same.2. As to the resilience, there is significant difference between deaf college students and ordinary college students belonging to male. There is no significant difference on gender only for inner deaf college students’resilience, opposite to the result for ordinary college students.3. There is significant difference on one grade between two groups, the resilience scores of deaf college students in grade one and grade two are higher than those in grade three and grade four, the result is the same with that of ordinary college students’ study.4. Two high resilience groups compared with each other, there is no significant difference. But two low resilience groups have been conducted a cons trust with opposite result being, the same as well the score of low resilience group of deaf college students is high.5. The employment pressure coping style of deaf college students’application has positive effect to the resilience of deaf college students. Positive understanding, inner mediation and value enforce can positively forecast employment pressure coping style, and positive understanding is the first to entre regression equation. The segments explained37.9%variance.
