In April 13,2017,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Medium and Long Term Development Planning for Young People(2016-2025)".The plan emphasizes that "Only by winning young people can we win the future.Only by modeling young people can we shape the future.We should carry out the youth talent development plan,foster a number of young talents in key disciplines,and encourage young people to give full play to the role of new forces and commandos in the economic and social development." As the main force in the teaching team,the stability and construction of the rural young teachers are related to the success or failure of the rural basic education,Accurately grasp the trend of rural young teachers' mobility relates to the stability and harmony of rural teachers.The analysis of the factors influencing the mobility of the rural young teachers can provide some necessary basis for the formulation of the teacher policy,at the same time,improve the occupational attraction of the rural teachers.This paper based on the survey of the rural young teachers in 12 provinces in East,middle and western provinces of China,and it uses logical regression to analyze the influencing factors of the rural young teachers.The survey finds that the willingness-to-flow of the rural young teachers is extremely strong and the flowing will is upward.The factors affecting their mobility are mainly four aspects :individual factors,family factors,work factors and social factors,which including distance between school and home,complete equipment or not,school period,teaching age and job satisfaction.Indicators such as degree,social status,income level and location have a significant impact on the mobility willingness of young teachers in rural areas.Based on the above analysis,we can improve the attractiveness of rural teachers in the following aspects to attract and retain young teachers in rural areas: Firstly,improve the income level and welfare treatment of the young teachers in rural areas.Secondly,let the young teachers in rural areas have enough sense of occupation,and promote the professional dignity of the young teachers in rural areas,let the young teachers in rural areas have full sense of professional pride.Thirdly,create a living environment for the young teachers in rural areas to work in a safe way,let the rural young teachers have an unlimited sense of occupational safety.Lastly,form a positive atmosphere of public opinion in the whole society,so that the young teachers in the countryside have a great sense of honor.
