The teachers and counselors of ideological and political courses in colleges play a very important role in ideological and political education of colleges and universities.The teachers play a role of the "main channel" of ideological and political education,while the counselors play the role of the "main position" of ideological and political education.It is necessary and feasible to promote the collaborative education of the two teams.At present,At present,the collaborative education of the two teams has initially taken shape,but there are still some problems in the process of collaborative education.These problems have affected the effectiveness of the collaborative education of ideological and political teachers and counselors in colleges and universities.Therefore,under the vision of ideological and political education collaborative education,this article takes Marxist jiont force theory and synergy as the theoretical basis,and analyzes the connotation of coordinated education between counselors and ideological and political teachers.This paper deeply analyzes the problems and causes of the two teams,and proposes a targeted solution path to promote the smooth progress of the collaborative education of college ideological and political teachers and counselors.This paper is mainly expanded from the following four chapters:The first chapter is the introduction of this paper.This paper clarifies the significance and purpose of the research,and comprehensively analyzes the research status of the collaborative education of ideological and political education in colleges and universities at home and abroad.Through learning about the existing academic achievements of the academic circle,comprehensively using the literature research method and the interview analysis method,the innovation of this article is refined.The second chapter is a basic overview of the theories related to ideological and political collaborative education in colleges and universities.It mainly defines the concepts of collaboration and collaborative education.And it also expounds the feasibility and necessity of collaborative education between teachers and counselors of ideological and political theory courses in universities.Finally,it elaborates and takes the joint force theory of Marxism,the joint force theory of ideological and political education and the synergetics as the theoretical support of the whole article.The third chapter is the analysis of the deficiencies and the reasons in the collaborative education between teachers and counselors of ideological and political theory courses in universities.Through interviewing the teachers and counselors of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,it is concluded that there are four shortcomings in the collaborative education of ideological and political theory teachers and counselors in colleges and universities.They are education thinking,education process,education resources,and education methods.According to the analysis of the problems found,this article summarizes the following four reasons: lack of complete top-level design,lack of integrated education and training,lack of a platform for resource sharing,and lack of effective organizational guarantees.The fourth chapter is the optimization path for the deficiencies of the two teams’ collaborative education work.Through the analysis of the causes of the problems in the collaborative education of ideological and political theory course teachers and counselors in colleges and universities,some targeted measures are proposed for the four problems found in the third chapter.
