| University students of Finance and Economics are builders and successors in the economic fields of future in China.The quality of training is directly related to the quality and development of the construction of socialist market economy system in China.At present,finance and economics courses in University of Finance and Economics focus on the improvement of professional skills,but relatively ignore the value guidance for students,which makes the phenomenon of knowledge education,ability training and value shaping separated from each other in finance and economics courses.At the same time,with China’s entering a new era and fierce fighting in the ideological field,the ideological and political course,as the first lesson of moral education,is gradually facing the dilemma of "isolated island".In addition,in the 1990 s,China’s market economic system reform and Western Neo liberalism and other ideological trends of infection,financial courses have been affected by the western discourse system and way of thinking,there are still some classroom value orientation and ideological and political courses inconsistent phenomenon.Therefore,to solve the above problems,we must promote the ideological and Political Curriculum and Ideological and Political Education Teaching in all subjects coordination education in University of Finance and Economics,so that all kinds of financial courses and ideological and political courses can cooperate and form a joint education force.Around this theme,based on Marx and Engels’ joint force thought,the CPC’s Theoretical Thought on youth education and the relevant theories of Ideological and political education,this paper uses the methods of literature research,case analysis and field interview to carry out the research.This paper analyzes the similarities between the Ideological and Political Courses and other kinds of courses in the teaching objectives,education direction and integration,and the different emphases in the teaching content,education status and education methods,and puts forward that the "synergy" of the two courses is mainly reflected in the demonstration and guidance of the other kinds of courses and the extension of the Ideological and Political Courses in Financial Universities.It shows the foundation and possibility of collaborative education between Ideological and Political Courses and Ideological and Political Education Teaching in all subjects in finance and economics colleges.Through online research on some representative universities of University of Finance and Economics,in-depth interviews were conducted with some teachers and students and takes the "macroeconomics"(Bilingual)course of international business school as a detailed case to analyze.It is found that there are still some problems in the current collaborative education between ideological and Political Curriculum and Ideological and Political Education Teaching in all subjects in financial universities,such as the lack of overall planning,the formation of collaborative education mechanism,the imbalance of teachers’ ability and literacy in collaborative education,the establishment of curriculum integration system,and the weak endogenous learning motivation of students.In view of these problems,in order to promote and realize the collaborative education between Ideological and Political Curriculum and the Ideological and Political Education Teaching in all subjects in financial and economic colleges,first of all,it is necessary to form a long-term mechanism system of collaborative education.The leaders of the Party committee must pay attention to it,make clear the main responsibility and plan the blueprint of characteristic development,build a collaborative education platform for the Ideological and Political Curriculum teachers and the financial and economic professional teachers,and improve the evaluation mechanism of education.The key lies in improving the complementarity between teachers of Ideological and Political Courses and teachers of finance and economics courses and improving the moral awareness and ability of teachers in finance and economics courses.Improve the construction of collaborative education curriculum system,realize the Ideological and Political Courses’ value guidance to financial courses,dig deep into the ideological and political elements of financial courses,compile Ideological and Political Education Teaching in all subjects teaching materials system with financial characteristics,create excellent demonstration courses,and improve the construction of curriculum system.Guiding the object of collaborative education-college students of finance and economics should change their learning concepts,mobilize their endogenous motivation and participate in the classroom in an all-round way.In a word,to realize the collaborative education of Ideological and Political Courses and courses in financial and economic colleges,we need the cooperation of all parties,combined with their own reality and professional characteristics,to carry out the construction of Ideological and Political courses and Ideological and Political Education Teaching in all subjects in all subjects,and to cultivate qualified socialist builders and successors for the socialist modernization construction in China. |
