The Collaborative Education Of Ideological And Political Theory Teachers And Counselors In Colleges

Taking students as the foundation,strengthening moral education for students is the fundamental task of higher education.The ideological and political work in colleges and universities is the lifeline of various work in the colleges and plays a vital role in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.In recent years,under the leadership of the party and the government,the overall development of ideological and political work in colleges and universities has been in good shape and has achieved great development,but there are still some areas that need further improvement.For example,the strong synergy of ideological and political education has not yet been fully formed,there is a lack of cooperation between the units,the lack of coordination among the educating teams,single-handed fighting and individualism,the content of ideological and political education overlaps,and the lack of effective use and integration of educational resources,and so on.In order to solve the above problems,the Ministry of Education vigorously advocates colleges and universities to promote "Three-wide education" and build a great ideological and political education structure to form an overall synergy of ideological and political education.Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a systematic system,and each element of education depends on each other and supports each other.At present,the cooperative education of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has become a consensus.As one of the contents of ideological and political education collaborative education,the synergy of ideological and political work teams has gradually been paid attention.Among them,the coordination of ideological and political theory teachers（hereinafter referred to as the ideological and political teachers）and counselors is the key content of the ideological and political work team.Some colleges and universities have actively explored and achieved certain results,but there are still some problems,such as lack of specific goals,lack of integration of educational content,lack of integration of educational resources,lack of integration of educational evaluation,and the two teams ’collaborative linkage mechanism to be improved and the complementary role has not been fully exerted.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the top-level design of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,integrate various resources of ideological and political education,promote the coordinated education of the two teams,and enable the two to jointly serve the fundamental task of cultivating talents in mutual promotion and mutual advancement.This research mainly discusses from four aspects:The introduction describes the background and significance of the research topic,conducts a literature review of the research on the collaborative training of the two teams,clarifies the research ideas of this research,and briefly points out the research methods,research difficulties and innovations;Part 1 Define the core concepts of "cooperative education" in this article,analyze the academic basis of the two teams’ collaborative education,and expound the basic composition of the two teams’ collaborative education,that is,common goal,common content,resource sharing,mechanism integration and Discipline co-construction;the second part summarizes the current practice,effectiveness and experience of collaborative training of two teams in colleges and universities,and analyzes the existing problems and causes from the aspects of goals,resources and content;the third part discusses the two teams in strengthening collaboration The working principles that should be followed in the process of educating people,and put forward corresponding practical strategies from three aspects of consciousness,platform and system.This research is helpful to strengthen the research on the system of ideological and Political Education and the cooperative education in the field of ideological and political education,to improve the quality of ideological and Political Education,and to promote the realization of the fundamental task of the university.
