Research On The Construction Of Collaborative Education Mechanism Of Ideological And Political Education In Universities

The collaborative of ideological and political education is a systematic project.At present,the college educational environment is very open and complex,the contents of ideological and political education are very abundant.Thus how to construct the collaborative education mechanism of ideological and political education,to further strengthen and improve the collaborative of ideological and political education work,to cultivate the students’ responsibility for society,the innovation spirit and practice ability,has become one of the common problems that universities need to be solved during the new period of development.However,there are few studies in academia on the construction of collaborative education mechanism in universities,and there has not been sufficient comprehensive and in-depth research on it.This paper,on the basis of research on the collaborative of ideological and political education problems,by using literature research method,systematic research method,survey research method,mobilizing all aspects of the resources,integrating ideological and political education into all levels of talent cultivation.By mechanism designing,to construct a work pattern of all-around education,to perfect the existing collaborative education mechanism of ideological and political education,to make concerted efforts to achieve the result of "1 + 1 > 2".Thus,the research is of great theoretical significance and practical value.The whole paper is mainly divided into five parts.The first part,introduction.This part points out the research background and significance,classifies the status of research at home and abroad,proposes the research ideas and methods,and explains the innovation and shortcomings of the paper.The second part,summary of the collaborative education mechanism ofideological and political education in universities.This part mainly interprets the basic theory of the collaborative mechanism of ideological and political education in universities from three aspects:collaborative education,ideological and political education,and the relationship between them.The contents involves concept definition,function analysis and its inner link.The third part,the constructional system analysis of the collaborative education mechanism of ideological and political education in universities.This part analyzes and interprets the constructional elements of the collaborative education mechanism of ideological and political education from four aspects:principle,characteristic,mode and mechanism.The fourth part,the current situation of the construction of collaborative mechanism of the ideological and political education in universities.This part points out the main problems faced by the collaborative education of ideological and political education in universities,and then finds out the factors that influence the effect of the collaborative education of ideological and political education in universities.The fifth part,the optimizing countermeasures of the construction of the mechanism of ideological and political education in universities.On the basis of the first four parts,from the practical point of view,taking the construction of the collaborative education mechanism as the center,this part puts forward the optimizing countermeasures for the construction of the collaborative education mechanism of ideological and political education in universities from four aspects.The author hopes that through the research of this paper,the existing mechanism of collaborative education of ideological and political education in universities can be improved,so as to highlight the significance of constructing the mechanism of collaborative education of ideological and political education in universities.
