Bring labor education into the general requirements of training socialist builders and successors.It was first proposed by Secretary Jinping Xi at the National Education Conference in September 2018,which aroused strong social resonance.For a long time,colleges and universities have adhered to the combination of education and productive labor,and achieved certain results in practical education.At the same time,it should be noted that in recent years,some college students have shown the phenomenon of belittling labor,not knowing how to work,and not cherishing the fruits of labor.The labor education of college students is still a short board in the practice of higher education,which has not been effectively implemented.Under such circumstances,grasping labor education also grasps a key problem that needs to be solved urgently in the training system of higher education.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the labor education of college students in the new era.We should strive to apply the research results to the actual work of labor education in colleges and universities,so as to reverse the weakening of labor education in higher education and promote the construction of a more comprehensive personnel training system.This thesis consists of five parts.The first part includes the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research content,research method and the difficulties,innovations of this thesis.The second part introduces the basic concepts and theoretical basis of college students’ labor education in the new era.This part first introduces the main concepts,including labor and labor education,labor education for college students in the new era.Then it expounds the great role of labor in the subsistence and development of human beings.It also points out that we must uphold the educational idea of combining education with labor,to realize the free and all-round development of people.In the third part,the goals,content and characteristics of college students’ labor education in the new era are expounded concretely.Establishing a correct ideological understanding,cultivating deep labor feelings,tempering tough labor will,and developing good labor habits are the goals of labor education for college students in the new era.The contents of college students’ labor education in the new era include daily life labor education,productive labor education and service labor education.Its characteristics include distinct ideological content,remarkable practicality and outstanding times.The fourth part investigates and describes the current situation of college labor education in the new era through questionnaires.It is clear that there are both favorable conditions and practical problems in the present situation of college students’ labor education in the new era,and the reasons for the existing practical problems are analyzed.Favorable conditions include strong support from national policies,teachers and students supporting labor education and there are various links in labor education practice.The existing practical problems include that the content of labor education needs to be enriched;the practical opportunities of labor education available to college students need to be increased;the problems of education without labor and labor without education in colleges and universities need to be solved;the connection between labor education and social life needs to be strengthened.The reasons for the practical problems in college students’ labor education in the new era include the absence of the top-level design of higher authorities,insufficient guarantee conditions to support the development of labor education,the influence of the concept of valuing intelligence over labor education,the lack of labor education curriculum and scientific evaluation mechanism of college students’ labor quality,and the weak cultural atmosphere of campus labor education.In the fifth part,it expounds the realization path of college students’ labor education in the new era.The realization path includes family and society working closely together,focusing on collaborative education;imp-roving the ability to support and guarantee labor education;setting up labor education courses and paying attention to the cultivation of labor literacy.As well as creating an atmosphere of educating people in campus labor culture.To provide practical measures for strengthening labor education in colleges and universities.Only by making up the course of labor education can college students develop in an all-round way.This thesis focuses on the labor education of college students in the new era.And actively respond to the problems of the times.It is helpful to improve the effectiveness of college students’ labor education in the new era and promote the growth of college students. |
