| As an educational activity guided by the concept of combining education and productive work,labour education is an important driving force for students who are at a critical stage.Labour education not only gives them a correct understanding of labour,but also promotes good work habits and a sense of well-being at work.The rural areas has natural conditions for labour education.However,at present,due to the constraints of various factors,the implementation of labour education is still need to be concerned about.This study firstly retraces the development of labor education,summarizes the historical experience of labor education development,and tries to analysis of the value orientation in rural junior schools:First,the purpose of education should focus on the connection between the education world and the life world;second,the content of education should promote people’s own development;the third is to handle the relationship between cognition and action,the fourth is to break the limits of the field in terms of educational resources,and the last is to focus on nurturing orientation in the evaluation of education;and finally,the educational evaluation should focus on nurturing orientation to promote students’ long-term development.Take this as the research framework,this study surveyed four schools in Yunnan Province.By analysing the data of students’ and teachers’ questionnaires,summarizing problems and analyzing deepcauses,finds it still suffers from unclear concepts,unsystematic content,single forms,insufficient resources and formalised evaluation.Influencing factors include the external environment,education management departments,school,family and so on.Based on the above investigation and analysis,this study proposes effective implementation strategies in three aspects: firstly,we should abandon wrong ideas,grasp the guidance of public opinion,promote the role of model workers,and make labor education become popular in the whole society;secondly,we should improve the guarantee system,form a collaborative education mechanism,and strengthen risk prevention management,improve the importance of labor education implementation;finally,we should clarify education goals,improve education contents,explore education resources,enrich education forms,and explore education evaluation,so as to build a good education system for labor education in rural junior high schools in the system construction. |
