| In recent years,China has been committed to innovative grass-roots governance model,to build a better grass-roots governance system. With the rapid urbanization process, the construction of various remarkable achievements,a large number of rural population into the city,a large number of rural land has been expropriated and relocated, urban and rural space has undergone great changes. As the direct manifestation of rural urbanization, the returned-community is the living space of the citizenization of farmers.Under the collision and blending of agricultural civilization and industrial civilization,it reflects a strong color of "the combination of urban and rural areas",and then comes a variety of community governance problems. The theory of spatial sociology provides us with a new perspective for the study of returned-community,and the academic community has clearly reflected the "spatial turn" in the construction of community governance system and the improvement of community governance efficiency.Community problems and dilemmas can be regarded as spatial problems and dilemmas.Starting from the perspective of space, the main purport of this paper is to base the governance of returnees communities on spatial governance. The returned-community space includes the transformation of multiple Spaces after the village is transferred to residence: it takes the transformation of geographic space as the carrier, reorganizes the social space, and forms a new spatial representation in the psychological space. However,in the process of restructuring and shaping, such phenomena as house church, group conflict and social exclusion all increase the difficulty of community governance. The lack of sense of belonging, low trust and lack of identity of returning residents profoundly affects the realization of "good governance" of returning communities. As an important epitome of China’s urbanization, the returned-community is an important place to realize grassroots governance innovation and promote the modernization of governance capacity and governance system. In this paper,K community in FX street of H city is selected as the research point. From the perspective of space, relevant theories of spatial sociology are applied to narrate the spatial story of K community.Firstly, the spatial development process of K community is briefly introduced, and the historical picture scroll of K community’s transformation from a traditional village settlement area to a modern resettlement community is unfolded. The reorganization of social space and psychological space of K community is shown through the changes of geographical space.K community has achieved many honors, since founded in exploration experience in community governance "K" is effective, but still inevitably appeared some management problems, the main performance: one is in the aspect of social space, distance space communication, public space disorder, spatial segregation and again obtain employment difficulty is the prominent question;Second,on the psychological space level, house churches are difficult to ban, group conflict reduces the spatial evaluation, and "community circle" leads to social exclusion. In order to optimize community governance and strengthen residents’ community identity, this paper, relying on the interview data and field research of K community, analyzes the spatial dilemma of K community on the basis of intuitionistic understanding of K community’s spatial changes and examines the governance drawbacks in the process of multi-dimensional spatial restructuring.Based on this,it tries to propose the optimal path of K community’s spatial governance: To strengthen community identity as the goal, improve the space governance system, form a unified governance model of public space, cultural and psychological space, social autonomy space and cyberspace space, speed up the construction of community community, enhance the sense of belonging and participation of residents.Focusing on the allocation of public space resources, community culture transmission, community autonomy empowerment and smart community construction, the community governance level and community identity will be effectively improved under the circumstances of the joint efforts of multiple subjects, the integration and connection of multiple resources and the simultaneous development of various measures. |
