Research On The Development Path Of Community Social Work To Help The Construction Of Smart Communities

The general goal of comprehensively deepening the reform is to improve and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,and to modernize the country’s governance system and governance capacity.In the information age,both national and urban governance require the participation of new information technology,which has entered the public eye as a smart governance solution for a collection of cutting-edge technologies such as big data,cloud computing,and blockchain.As the most subtle aspect of smart governance solutions,smart communities have also received extensive attention from the government,enterprises and academia.In order to promote the further development of smart communities,this paper attempts to analyze from the perspective of social work,explore the integration practice of modern information technology and community social work,and promote the modernization of community governance.Through research and internship,the author has a deep under-standing of the more mature wisdom community construction and community social work practice.The smart community meets the requirements of modern governance and is close to people’s lives,and has great potential for development.The community social work to help the construction of smart communities not only has the necessity of theoretical complementarity,but also has the feasibility of combining government affairs,business,service and housework.Through the investigation of the Smart Community in Leshan,Jinan,community social workers played a supporting role as a guide,complementer and feedbacker,helping the community to achieve a certain modern governance effect.However,in the process of community social work to help the construction of smart communities,there are also four-fold adaptation dilemmas of concepts,systems,talents and patterns.The author conducts an in-depth analysis of the development status of smart communities and the theory of community social work.It is suggested that from the perspective of concept transformation,smart communities should be transformed from technology-oriented to demandoriented,and community social workers should actively learn information technology;in terms of system construction,smart communities should take social workers’ theoretical knowledge,service experience and summary feedback as important references;In terms of talent training,community social work needs to build a talent team in the information age,including the development of community social workers’ information technology capabilities,the construction of social support networks,and the improvement of the evaluation and incentive system;in terms of layout planning,modern community governance requires social workers as the main line to build Diversified governance patterns help the transformation of a service-oriented government,the implementation of enterprise technology,and the democratic consultation and autonomy of residents.I hope to provide advice and guidance for the construction of smart communities and the development of community social work.
