In recent years,the function of family education tends to weaken.More and more attention has been paid to trusteeship education by families and society.Various forms of trusteeship services have sprung up.As one of the emerging trusteeship service mode s,community trusteeship service has achieved initial results after a period of development.It has gradually de veloped from the initial community spontaneous organization to the government purchase of social work services Many developed cities have also explored a set of mature community trusteeship service mode,but in the third and fourth tier backward cities and counties,social workers’ intervention in community trusteeship service is just in the initial stage of exploration,and there are still many deficiencies in service quality,professional level and service content,which need to be supplemented and improved in the process of practice.The author takes the summer public welfare classroom of "childlike innocence" as the empirical research object,and adopts the method of combining qualitative research and quantitative research to obtain the first-hand information,so as to lay the theoretical foundation and premise for the paper research.This study combines Erikson’s eight stage personality development theory and ERG humanistic needs theory to analyze and evaluate the characteristics and basic needs of children’s phased personality development.The e valuation shows that the service objects mainly have two major needs: mutual relationship and de velopment.The author further subdivides them into four major needs: positive parent-child interaction,group interaction and learning,and quality development aspect.In order to meet the growth and de velopment needs of service objects,promote the improvement of children’s comprehensive quality and children’s all-round development,the project relies on the professional skills and methods of social work to design and carry out a number of specific and feasible professional services.The author focuses on the f our themed classroom activities,group interaction and awareness improvement group,parent-child fun games and small volunteer community activities,outdoor activities The four aspects of Liqi counseling focus on the description of the specific implementation and operation process of social workers’ intervention in the community child care project,the display of the specific intervention methods and skills of social work,the purpose of the implementation of the activities and the specific results,and highlight the different functions of social workers as resource linkers and organization planners.Secondly,the author makes an overall evaluation on the service of social workers involved in the trusteeship classroom from the three dimensions of indicators,objectives and satisfaction,and makes a micro analysis on the implementation effect from the aspects of service entities and service objects.Through the analysis,the author believes that although the service planning and activity implementation of the project greatly improves the community governance ability,improves the quality of community trusteeship service,and promotes the social development However,in the process of project operation,the practical difficulties caused by the lack of government top-level design and investment,imperfect organization operation and management mechanism,lack of social work professional ability and de viation of service object’s educational demand can not be ignored.Based on the above difficulties,the author puts f orward some countermeasures and suggestions: strengthen the system guidance and guarantee the trusteeship service It is expected that the above ideas can provide reference for the exploration and establishment of a more scientific and sustainable embedded mechanism of local social work,and provide reference for the community child care service Enter the driving force of development.
