Research On Children Community Trusteeship Service From The Perspective Of Social Ecosystem

Children are the hope of a country and the future of a nation.Promoting the healthy development and social services of children are important strategic choices for the country and society.In the face of the increasing demand for child care services brought about by the economic and social development and the increase of double working families,the government adopts the socialization of children’s public services and integrates social work into child care services.Social work plays an important role in participating in children’s community trusteeship service,but there are also problems such as lack of resources,lack of manpower,lack of innovation and low effectiveness.It is very important for promoting the long-term development of children’s community trusteeship service and promoting the specialization of children’s social work to study the existing children’s community trusteeship service,explore how to avoid the common problems in trusteeship service and optimize the resource system of trusteeship service.Based on the investigation of the summer trusteeship project of M community in Wuhan City,this paper presents the resource profile,service content and service effect of the trusteeship project through field observation and interview,puts the whole trusteeship service into the analysis framework of social ecosystem theory,and investigates the ecosystem composition of each subsystem of the project at the micro,mezzo and macro levels,thus expanding the social ecosystem theory on the scope of application of the theory.It is found that there are some deficiencies in the practice of children’s community trusteeship service,such as the phenomenon of high project output and low service effectiveness,the vague definition of service demand,the insufficient link of project resources,the role dilemma of social workers,the lack of professionalism of project services and the non-standard supervision and evaluation of project.In order to improve the service quality and effectiveness of the project and promote the standardization and long-term development of children’s community trusteeship service,this paper puts forward the optimization strategies of children’s community trusteeship service from the micro,mezzo and macro levels.First of all,the micro level is:clear children’s problems and needs,improve the adaptability of supply and demand;improve the professionalism of social work,promote the effective supply of services.Secondly,the mezzo level includes:grasp the systematic thinking,get rid of the role dilemma;enhance the ability of resource integration,and realize the benign operation of the project.Finally,the macro level includes:improve the macro environment,respond to the needs of project development;standardize the project supervision and evaluation,promote the quality of service.
