Research On The Interaction Between Social Workers And Neighborhood Committee Members In The Context Of "Three Societies Linkage"

"Three Society Linkage" is the exploration practice of my country’s government’s innovative grassroots social governance.By introducing social forces,participating in community governance is the need for the development of the times,and it is also a must to meet the diversified needs of urban community residents in my country at this stage.As a result,the interactive relationship between social workers and neighborhood committees with government purchase services will become the central and core of the "three social linkage" governance models,and interactive relationships will directly affect community governance results.However,my country’s professional social work is involved in community governance as a new force,undoubtedly breaks the original management order and pattern in the community,and challenges and impacts community traditional administrative non-professional social work.In this case,social workers have established interactive relationships with members of the neighborhood,how the relationship between the two parties will express in the process and structure,how social workers resolve contradictions through adjustment of action strategies and with A series of dynamic relationship changes such as a series of dynamic relationships such as the interactive relationship will have a series of dynamic relationships such as a series of dynamic relationships in the attitude and behavior.It is also quite significant and value.Based on this,this study is based on the "three social linkage" practices in M City H community,through participatory observation and community interviews,and borrows cooperative theory and resource dependent theoretical analysis,the social workers’ interactive relationships of members of the neighborhood committee In-depth study.The study found that the interactive relationship between social workers and members of the neighborhood showed different characteristics from different stages of the project development: "absolute obedience" from the preliminary social workers to the mid-term social workers " Strategic cooperation " to " dedication integration " in the later period of the project.In terms of structural presentation,the interaction relationship between the two reflects the interaction between different roles and status,rights and obligations,and different working style and attitude towers.In order to study the interactive relationships of the two,this paper starts from the four dimensions of the dimensions,depth,breadth,and frequencies,and summarizes four typical interactive patterns of social workers and neighborhood committees: exchange mode,conflict Mode,cooperation mode and compliance mode.Through the presence and analysis of the interaction between the two,this paper will be attributed to three pairs of contradictions,respectively,the contradiction between "professional rationality" and "position rationality",and the "quantity" and "quality" between social workers.Contradictions and the contradiction between the expectation and reality of social workers’ services.The social workers ’ability is lacking,the social workers’ construction is inadequate,and the lack of understanding of the members of the neighborhood committee is the root cause of the above problems.In order to construct a good interaction between the H community social workers and the members of the Neighborhood Committee,this paper starts a number of explorations from the four interactive models and the interactive subject themselves,respectively,in the four aspects of promoting exchange,weakening,strengthening cooperation and strengthening,and strengthening the four aspects of cooperation Sexual recommendation.
