As a special product of China's social transition period,accompanying parents began to appear in the public view in Colleges and universities.However,with the increased pressure,the changes of the surrounding environment,and the embarrassed feeling of have no idea,accompanying parents' health is not optimistic,much more from the psychological suffering.The research of this paper is particularly important in the context of the blanks of related literature research and intervention services.In this study,the author based on the accompanying parents of A University in N City,and take a method of case social work,through system perspective,rational emotional therapy,social support network and other theories and methods,mastering the basic situation of anxiety of accompanying parents in A University.Through the steps of the evaluation of the demand,case intervention,effect evaluation and so on,the author want to promote the accompanying parents' physiology and psychology,and make up for the loopholes in university education management.In terms of the evaluation of the demand,the study based on the system perspective for the evaluation model of client demand,mainly for the accompanying parents' emotion and behavior,the author summarizes the three major sources of the main case of anxiety : a sense of weakness in children's academic transformation,a sense of helplessness in the family's economic life,a sense of rootless to the unfamiliar environment of the school.In terms of the intervention,the study based on the rational emotional therapy and social support networks,through understanding the adverse effects of irrational beliefs,consolidating the rational belief,let the case learn self analysis and emotional management.Through coordinating resources and integrating channels,solve the "weakness","helplessness" and "rootlessness",relieving the anxiety of the accompanying parent.In terms of effect evaluation,the author excluded the accompanying parent's irrational belief in mood by systematic social work,and the accompanying parent's anxiety level dropped to a normal range.And the author helped the accompanying parent achieve good interaction with school and family in behavior,and the accompanying parent got effective transformation.In terms of the research reflection,this study found that relieve anxiety needs to refine the source of anxiety in order to achieve precise practical work,and the case social work must be promoted to achieve the professionalization of the social work team.
