Research On The Intervention Of Sports Games Based On Movement Development On Children’s Physical Fitness

Research purposes:There were a lot of Children’s physique test in many provinces and citys shows that it is a downward trend.Children’s physical health has attracted the attention of scholars and society.How to make every child have a healthy physical fitness level is the problem we urgently need to solve.My paper explores the intervention effect of sports games on children’s physical fitness from the perspective of action development,and provide theoretical basis and practical scheme for the healthy development of children’s physical fitness.Research methods:In this study,80 healthy infants aged 4–5 years were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group and the differences between the two groups in body composition indexes before the experiment were examined.There was no difference in height and weight between the two groups(p≥0.05).Children in the experimental group used prepared action development sports games for intervention,while those in the control group used traditional sports games for intervention,and in addition,the intervention cycle,frequency and duration of the experiments in the two groups were consistent,10 weeks,three times a week,with 45 minutes each time.Finally,SPSS and Excel software were used to conduct paired sample t test,independent sample t test and average difference analysis on the infant physical fitness data.P≤0.05 indicated that there was a statistical difference.Findings:In terms of body composition,children’s height and weight increased with time,and height showed a very significant difference(p≤0.01),while weight and BMI showed no statistical difference(p≥0.05).In the aspect of upper limb strength,the children in the experimental group have a very significant improvement in the tennis throwing distance(p≤0.01),and the significance is higher than that in the control group.There is a significant difference in the tennis throwing distance between the male children in the control group(p≤0.05).There was no significant difference in female infants of the control group(p≥0.05).For lower limb muscle strength,the standing long jump distances of boys and girls in the experimental group were increased significantly(p≤0.01),And the significance was also higher than that in the control group(p≤0.05).In the aspect of balance,the male children’s walking performance on the balance beam showed significant improvement(p≤0.05),and there was a very significant improvement(p≤0.01)was observed in the balance beam walking performance of female infants in the experimental group,and the significance was higher than that of male and female infants in the control group(p≥0.05),respectively.And for the agility,the 10-meter turn-back time of children in the experimental group is remarkably reduced(p≤0.01)and the significance is higher than that of children in the control group.In the control group,there were significant differences in the performance of 10-meter reentry run of male children(p≤0.05)and that of female children in the control group were not significantly different(p≥0.05).In terms of coordination,The coordination of children in the experimental group was significantly improved(p≤0.01)and the significance was higher than that of boys and girls in the control group(p≤0.01).It is suggested that the kindergarten should include the action development sports games in the kindergarten physical education curriculum content,or take the action development as the core in the process of making the preschool physical education curriculum,so as to enrich the content of preschool physical activities and promote the all-round development of preschool physical fitness.
