Purpose of research:Early childhood is a key period for the development of body posture,but with the rapid development of economy,the health of children and adolescents in China is facing severe challenges,including a series of problems such as the decline of physical examination,the increase of overweight and obesity,the rate of myopia and the slow development of basic movement skills.These problems are closely related to the movement and development in early childhood.In early childhood,the work skills of large muscle groups are mainly emphasized.Meanwhile,the development of large muscle movements in early childhood is an important part of the basic movement skills,which mainly includes stability action skills,mobility movement skills and operation movement skills.The development of basic movement skills in early childhood has a great impact on the physical development and the formation of exercise habits.Physical exercise has an obvious effect in promoting the development of physical quality skills.From the perspective of movement development,physical exercise is carried out in the form of gamification suitable for children.Compared with routine sports activities,it has an obvious effect on promoting the development of children’s basic movement skills.It is of great significance to evaluate basic movement skills in early childhood,and also provides a selection basis for the gamification organization of curriculum for preschool teachers.Research method:This paper aims to systematically analyze and summarize the physical exercise mode of children aged 3-6 years old,and put forward reasonable physical game methods and application principles.In this experiment,40 children aged 3-6 years were randomly selected into experimental group(n=20)and control group(n=20),and pre-tested for half a month and two months.The experimental group conducted a physical game intervention for two months according to the developed physical game mode.The control group carried out physical activities according to the daily teaching arrangement of the kindergarten.And before and after the experiment,according to the children muscle test(TGMD-3),on the basis of increasing children’s balance skills test,mainly by balance skills,movement skills and operation skills three parts,to test the experimental group and control group,to evaluate the different aspects of children’s overall development.Finding:(1)Compared with the traditional sports game teaching activities in kindergartens,the form of physical games by developing basic movement skills is also in line with children’s physical and psychological characteristics,and also has an obvious impact on children’s basic movement skills.(2)For specific basic movement skills,operational skills,without obvious intervention,the improvement effect is not obvious,and the development is slow.(3)Children’s grasp,holding,kicking and running and other problems need teachers to pay attention to,children’s lower limb movement ability needs to be enhanced.After the experimental intervention of physical game for the experimental group,the improvement is the greatest,so as soon as possible,and add the practice of operation skills games in the game activities.Suggestions:(1)Kindergartens can add teaching activities or courses related to children’s basic movement skills or physical games,and conduct targeted training for teachers.(2)Teachers in the content selection and design of game courses,to achieve the organic unity of the combination of upper and lower limbs and basic movement skills combined with exercises,further enhance children’s physical quality,and help the rapid development of basic movements.(3)In the design of physical game activities,pay more attention to the practice of children’s operation skills,which can be practiced with mobile skills.In the practice,increase the proportion of operation skills,and on the basis of the full participation of the upper and lower limbs,more lower limb movement ability can be added.Avoid the lag in lower limb development.(4)Teachers should pay attention to the fun of the game when arranging the arrangement of physical games,and pay attention to the childlike interest of the words when explaining the game practice methods.Increasing children’s physical game experience,can also improve the classroom atmosphere.
