In order to better implement the "3-6-year-old children' s learning and development guide" and effectively improve the level of China's children's motor development,this study uses the literature,interviews,experiments and other methods and takes locomotor skills,manipulative skills,stability skills as the carrier.Based on the in-depth analysis and control of the child' s movement development characteristics,movement analysis structure,and constraint factors,the sports activities are systematically,scientifically,and hierarchical designed,and their effects are experimentally verified.In order to promote the young children's motor development from the dual aspects of theory and practice.Conclusion:1)In the exploratory stage,children's movements are rough and uncoordinated,and there is no fixed movement pattern;in the development stage,the coordination,the control ability of the movements,and the stability of the movement patterns are greatly improved;in the mature stage,the performance of the movements is complete,coordinated,high efficient and movement pattern is stable.2)An in-depth and rational analysis of the movement structure of the young children's in sports activities from the four dimensions of the body,effort,space,and relationship.There are large difference among locomotor skills,manipulative skills and non-locomotor.There are less difference among the branch movements of the three types.3)The task of the young class children is to grasp the basic essentials of movement through exploration,simulation,etc.The activity design is to improve the child's movement ability through simple changes of one or two movement structure parameters.The task of the middle class child is to improve the efficiency of movement through the parameter change in the movement structure.The activity design is to improve the ability of children's movement through the changes of three or so movement structure parameters.The task of senior class children is to improve the application ability of movement through the more complex changes in the parameters of the movement structure or combine with other movements.The activity design is to improve young children's movement ability through more complex movement structural parameter changes.4)After the experimental groups were intervened by new design and the control groups were intervened by routine design,the development level of the gross motor and the healthy level of the young children were significantly higher than before,the improvement effect of the experimental group was better than the control group.The experimental hypothesis of this study has been verified.The results show that the activity design scheme based on the structure of young children's gross motor development,the constraint factors analysis of children's gross motor development are more effective for gross motor development of young children.The results also prove the rationality and effectiveness of the above theoretical analysis,and provide reference for the activity design of the motor development of young children in practice.
