Objective: In the process of exercise,individuals can work in the movement skills to be divided into Gross motor and Fine motor according to the size of the working muscle group.The same,movements can also be simply divided into two categories:Gross motor and Fine motor.Thick action is an important part of basic action skills,which are embodied in three aspects:movement skills,object control skills and stability skills.Early childhood is the early stage of human healthy development,and also an important period to cultivate healthy habits.Taking action as the medium is a way for children to participate in physical activities and interact with others;it is an essential content for children’s growth and development and obtain survival skills.Good movement skills development and acquisition have an important impact on children’s functional development,physical quality growth,cognitive enhancement,good behavior and social adaptation promotion.From 5 to 6 years old is the sensitive period for children’s movement development.At this time,guiding children to practice Gross motor and develop movement skills will benefit children for a lifetime.Methods:Based on the principle of children’s action development,this paper tries to introduce Gross motor into physical activities kindergartens.On the basis of combining the literature method,expert interview,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,on the basis of the research method,before and after the double group test design,for 86 5-6 years old children(experimental group 43,43 control group)for 12 weeks of random controlled experiment.The experimental group was mainly the intervention of Gross movements,while the control group mainly performed traditional physical activities.Discussing the influence of kindergarten physical activity on the physical quality of children aged 5-6 years old.Results:(1)After participating in the sports activities of Gross motor,5-6 years old boys were significantly between "continuous jump","10 m" P=0.020 <0.05,P = 0<0.015,0 <0.01,"throwing" P=0.002 <0.01,"standing long jump" P=0.038<0.05."Single foot stand" P=0.008 <0.01,"strike balance beam" P=0.000 <0.01,with very significant differences.There were significant differences between 5-6 years old female children in "throwing" p=0.032 <0.0,"standing long jump" P=0.042 <0.05,"single foot standing" P=0.011 <0.05,"walking balance beam P=0.038 <0.05," sitting forward flexion " P=0.036 <0.05.(2)Boys aged 5-6 years old who participate in traditional sports activities in the kindergarten,before and after the project experiment,the "racket ball" P=0.001 <0.01;significant difference;P=0.029 <0.05;P=0.035 <0.05;P=0.003 <0.01 for "balance beam".(3)After 12 weeks of activity intervention,5-6 years old boys participating in Gross motor sports activities had very significant differences in "throwing" P=0.003<0.01,"racket" P=0.001 <0.00,"standing long jump" P=0.008 <0.01,and "walking balance beam" P=0.000 <0.01.The "20 m run" item was P=0.041 <0.05,with a significant difference.Conclusion:(1)The experimental results show that with the experimental group participating in the Gross motor,the physical quality of male children has been significantly enhanced.Specific performance: improving upper and lower limb strength of boys aged 5-6 years;dynamic and static balance ability,sensitive quality and physical coordination ability.(2)The experimental results show that with the experimental group participating in the Gross motor,the physical quality of female children has also been significantly enhanced.Specific performance: improve the upper and lower limbs of 5-6 years old;dynamic and static balance ability and physical flexibility quality.(3)The experimental results show that as the control group participates in the traditional kindergarten sports activities,the physical quality of children aged 5-6 is also improved,including improving the physical coordination ability of boys aged 5-6;improving the speed quality and physical balance ability of female children aged 5-6.(4)Compared with the control group,the effect of Gross motor on improving the physical quality of children aged 5-6 years is more obvious.The specific manifestations were as follows: after the experiment,the strength quality,physical coordination ability and dynamic balance ability were significantly better than that of the control group.After the experiment,the speed quality of 5-6 years old were significantly better than those of the control group.
