Because of the era background of lifelong learning and education innovation,preschool education,as an important part of basic education,and the beginning of school education and lifelong education,is bound to redesign and reform its organization and management,and construct a learning,cooperative and continuous changing kindergarten.As an important means to improve the quality of kindergarten teaching,kindergarten based teaching research will also be affected,so the specific application of learning organization concept in kindergarten based teaching research is the future trend of kindergarten development.Kindergarten Based Teaching and research under the guidance of learning organization theory requires that teaching and research activities should be based on the actual situation of kindergartens,create a common vision of teaching and research,organize and manage preschool teachers’ learning,realize preschool teachers’ self-development and interactive practice among members,promote the efficient operation of teaching and research team,and finally develop into a teaching and research team of continuous learning and continuous reform.The construction of kindergarten based teaching and research under the guidance of learning organization theory is conducive to the cultivation of preschool teachers’ continuous learning ability and lifelong learning professional values,and promote the professional learning and development of preschool teachers,so as to forge a number of innovative teachers for kindergartens and provide inexhaustible power for the sustainable development of kindergartens.This study attempts to explore the current situation of kindergarten based teaching and research.Based on the perspective of learning organization theory,this study uses participatory observation and in-depth interviews to make a qualitative analysis of grounded theory by taking y kindergarten as a case to clarify the operation mechanism of kindergarten based teaching and research and the connotation and significance of learning organization behind it.This study first constructs the theoretical framework of kindergarten based teaching and research operation by analyzing the core characteristics and connotation of learning organization theory: people-oriented,group learning,common vision,and continuous creation.People oriented is the value basis of constructing the operation mechanism of kindergarten based teaching and research;improving individual and collective learning ability is the core of constructing the operation mechanism of kindergarten based teaching and research;stimulating teachers’ creativity is the ultimate goal of constructing the operation mechanism of kindergarten based teaching and research;paying attention to the development and utilization of human resources is the management core of constructing the operation mechanism of kindergarten based teaching and research.Then,from the perspective of learning organization theory,the typical y kindergarten in Chongqing is selected as the research object by the way of purpose sampling.Taking the system setting,personnel allocation,content and form,and operation process of kindergarten based teaching and research as the breakthrough point,we go deep into the research site,and collect the data by means of interview,observation and material collection.This paper expounds the operation process of kindergarten based teaching and research in Y kindergarten from three aspects: planning and preparation,organization and implementation,reflection and improvement,and summarizes the operation mechanism of kindergarten based teaching and research in Y kindergartenThen,based on the reality investigation,this paper makes the attribution of the learning organization theory of kindergarten based teaching research in Y kindergarten.Therefore,this part elaborates the influencing factors from three parts: the manager,the managed and the culture.As the head of a kindergarten,the head of the kindergarten is the decision-maker and decision-maker of the kindergarten.Whether as a profession or as a natural person,the ability has an irreplaceable role.Teachers are the main body and participants of kindergarten based teaching and research activities.Teachers’ professional quality and attitude directly affect the quality of kindergarten based teaching and research.The influence of kindergarten culture director and teachers is also significant,especially the establishment of common vision will directly affect the behavior of teaching and research members.Finally,according to the problems existing in the kindergarten based teaching and research of Y kindergarten,the optimization path of this study is put forward.As far as the management of kindergarten based teaching and research is concerned,the downward shift of the director’s power,the simplification of the management structure and the self-management of teachers will affect the timeliness and accuracy of teaching and research decision-making;as far as the subject of kindergarten based teaching and research is concerned,the teachers’ learning ability,reflection and innovation ability will affect the high quality and effectiveness of the teaching and research process;as far as the cultural atmosphere of kindergarten based teaching and research is concerned,the generation,work and learning of the common vision The balance of learning and the combination of theory and practice affect the efficiency and sustainability of teaching and research.Therefore,based on the learning organization theory,this study proposes an operable optimization path.
