Career enlightenment education is a purposeful,planned and organized series of pre-vocational education activities for individuals.Vocational Enlightenment Education aims to teach basic professional knowledge,promote individual self-understanding,understand the real world and professional life,make it have a good professional consciousness,professional attitude and professional spirit,enlighten the desire to explore,and actively cultivate their own profession in the study life.Fostering there ability to prepare for the future professional life.The vocational enlightenment education in the junior high school is mainly for the preparatory education activities for the physical and mental characteristics of junior high school students.This paper selects two junior high schools in Tianjin to carry out research on vocational enlightenment education.On the one hand,the questionnaire surveys the career maturity of junior high school students in two schools,and analyzes the inter-school differences in career maturity,professional attitudes and professional behaviors of students from two different schools from the demographic data,and explores their correlations to explore the impact of junior high school and factors in the development of occupational awareness,professional attitudes and professional behavior.From the data analysis point of view: the junior high school students' career maturity is relatively mature,with a good professional attitude,but their professional action level is not prominent,behind the development level of professional awareness and professional attitude;In the second aspect,the interview data of the H school that has carried out vocational enlightenment education can know the overall implementation of the vocational enlightenment of junior high school.Combining the data and interview data,I believe that the vocational enlightenment education of junior high school has the following three problems: the overall imbalance of career development of junior high school students,the unbalanced development of vocational enlightenment education in junior high school,and the lack of effective guarantee for the practice of vocational enlightenment education in schools.The reasons for these real problems are multi-faceted.The main point is that the existence of the problem-oriented mental illness in the context of the development of social history in our country,the long-term separation of general duties in the basic education stage,and the lack of vocational enlightenment education in junior high schools.Effective institutional basis and guarantee these three points.In order to promote vocational enlightenment education in the basic education stage,it is necessary to cooperate with the three main bodies of the government,schools and individuals.The main body of the government should focus on building a vocational enlightenment education guarantee system,improve education laws and regulations,and provide an institutional basis for the school's main body to carry out vocational enlightenment education practice;it is necessary to improve the education sector organization to provide efficient and convenient government services for grassroots vocational enlightenment education;To cultivate a good career enlightenment education development soil;the main body of the school should continuously explore the practice of vocational enlightenment education,strengthen departmental construction,and improve the organizational structure of the school;it must do a good job of talent reserve and build a professional enlightenment education faculty;build a curriculum system and provide Multi-curricular content;we must strengthen multi-party cooperation and tap the synergy between home,school and society;the main body of students should give full play to subjective initiative,enhance self-understanding and learning,be their own master;actively explore professional experience and improve their professional action.
