| Tourism is an important part of the national economy,and the quality of tourism service affects the development of tourism.The cultivation of high-quality talents in tourism service industry is the driving force for the sustainable development of tourism industry.Practical teaching system is an important support for secondary vocational school personnel training.The practical teaching of tourism service and management major plays an important role in promoting students’ Vocational and technical ability and employment.At present,the investigation and Research on the practical teaching of tourism service and management in secondary schools are not deep enough.This paper takes W vocational education center as the empirical object,through the field investigation of the current situation of the practical teaching of tourism service and management major,finds out the existing problems,and puts forward the ideas and Countermeasures for the optimization of the practical teaching system on the basis of the cause analysis.Through the investigation of training base construction,training facilities and equipment,training courses,training room management,school enterprise cooperation and other aspects,it is found that W Vocational Education Center’s campus training teaching environment is insufficient,training teaching facilities and equipment are not sufficient,training curriculum system needs to be improved,and the effect of training room resource utilization is not ideal,And the support of practical teaching is insufficient.The main reasons for these problems lie in the weak backup resource base and unreasonable hardware facilities;The professional curriculum is not standardized and the discipline construction is weak;The time of specialty opening is short,and the cooperation between school and enterprise is not formed;The training management is not standardized and the innovation consciousness is weak.Starting from the actual situation of the school,combined with the requirements of curriculum reform and market demand,this paper puts forward the training objectives of the tourism service and management major in W Vocational Education Center.Following the principles of people-oriented,employment oriented and practical ability training,it constructs the curriculum system of practical teaching,the guarantee system of practical teaching Training teaching evaluation system and training teaching management system.Finally,this paper puts forward the optimization measures of W vocational education center school training teaching system,that is,the diversification of curriculum development channels,the employment oriented teaching content,the integration of information technology into the training classroom,strengthening the tourism English training teaching,improving the training curriculum evaluation mechanism,the school actively introduces enterprise resources and flexibly changes the training classroom management methods.This study has guiding significance for the construction and improvement of the practical teaching system of tourism service and management major in W Vocational Education Center,and hopes to have certain reference value for the theory and practice of the practical teaching system in secondary vocational schools. |
