Nowadays,China's tourism industry is developing rapidly,the growth rate of tourism revenue has exceeded the growth rate of GDP,and the proportion of tourism added value in GDP is also increasing.During the 12th Five-Year Plan period,tourism has been integrated into the national strategic system and become the strategic pillar industry of the national economy.Therefore,the demand for high-level and high-skilled tourism talents is also increasing.Enlarged,this also puts forw,ard higher requirements for tourism professional education in Vocational education.However,the classroom teaching of Tourism Specialty in vocational schools is also facing a new reform,which requires that the teaching of courses must give more prominence to the students'principal position,break the shackles of traditional classroom teaching on talent cultivation,and promote the integration of tourism classroom teaching and production process in secondary vocational schools.China is the world's largest international tourist consumer and the largest domestic tourist market,in which tourism practitioners play a vital role.The course"Tour Guide Language Skills"is one of the important courses of tourism service and management in Vocational schools.The action-oriented teaching design of"Tour Guide Language Skills"requires that the specific curriculum teaching plan can be oriented to the production process,the ability requirements of the job as a starting point,combined with typical work tasks,the action field will be transformed into the learning field.And according to different learning areas,combined with the teaching content of"Tour Guide Language Skills"course to select specific teaching methods and design the teaching process,strengthen the connection between teaching and production,promote the construction of students'professional knowledge and professional ability.This paper investigates the current situation of Tourism Teaching in secondary vocational schools,analyses the need of using action-oriented concept in teaching design.and based on the analysis of Action-oriented Teaching content,links the action field in practical work with the learning field in knowledge-based teaching content,and optimizes the teaching objectives,teaching strategies,teaching process and teaching evaluation.Design.Through the determination of the learning field,the design of learning projects and tasks,and the rational selection of teaching methods,we strive to promote the unification of students'knowledge,intention and action,and the integration of knowledge and experience,so as to optimize the teaching effect,and make efforts to apply the action-oriented teaching concept to other professional courses in the future.
