With the accelerated advancement of information technology and the rapid development of the tourism industry,the traditional classroom teaching model has been unable to meet the Tourism learners personalized needs for the teaching resources,while the rapid development of information technology brought new opportunities to spread the high quality educational resources.Although the distance education methods have realized the supplement to the traditional classroom teaching.And have made up the shortcomings of traditional school education in the vocational skill level and comprehensive quality training of tourism service and management major students.But the domestic information education means only as an extension of extracurricular education,Often become a mere formality,students’ participation is low,the classroom effect is not ideal,students’ sense of acquisition is not strong.The emergence of new mobile learning mode provides a strong support for the popularization of education informatization.And promotes new changes for the learning mode in the post epidemic era.This research combines the theoretical analysis and empirical research to explore the key factors and promotion strategies of tourism service and management major students ’ use willingness of mobile learning.First of all,on the basis of the original research,this paper makes a theoretical analysis.On the basis of clarifying the basic concepts and research scope of mobile learning and Tam theory,this paper points out the key factors that affect tourism service and management major students’ use willingness of mobile learning.And puts forward the the theoretical hypothesis of mobile learning,designs a scale to measure tourism service and management major students ’ use willingness of mobile learning.Secondly,this paper selects many tourism service and management major students as the object of empirical analysis from four rsecondary vocational schools.Finally,on the basis of the research conclusions,this paper puts forward suggestions to improve the tourism service and management major students’ use willingness of mobile learning.Through empirical analysis,the research has the following findings:(1)Through structural equation analysis,This paper finded the key factors that afftect tourism service and management major students’ use willingness of mobile learning and and their interaction,By order of importance as following:learning resources > social impact > perceived ease of use >perceived usefulness;(2)Analyzing from the structure,the factors that directly affect tourism service and management major students ’ use willingness of mobile learning are: learning resources,social impact,perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness variables,while learning resources,information literacy and perceived ease of use variables will have a significant impact on the tourism service and management major students’ perceived usefulness.Information literacy and learning environment will affect the tourism service and management major students’ perceived ease of use,while learning resources,information literacy and perceived ease of use variables will have a significant impact on the tourism service and management major students’ perceived usefulness,Information literacy and learning environment will affect the tourism service and management major students’ perceived ease of use;(3)From the perspective of promotion,the promotion oftourism service and management major students ’ use willingness of mobile learning will have a certain positive effect on the learning effect.But the education authorities will encounter a variety of unpredictable problems in the process of promoting mobile learning.Therefore,this paper puts forward different suggestions for the promotion of mobile learning from the perspectives of society,school and parents.
