| With China's entering the stage of population aging,the elderly care service industry has become a major and difficult issue of national concern.Vigorously developing the elderly care service industry is conducive to reducing the social pressure brought by population aging,so the cultivation of elderly service industry talents has become an urgent problem to be solved.The training teaching in secondary vocational school can cultivate students' correct professional consciousness and lay a solid foundation for the development of the elderly service talents.However,in the existing research on the training of the elderly service talents,the research on the training teaching of the elderly service and management major in secondary vocational school is very few.Therefore,in this survey report,the elderly service in a secondary vocational school in T city is used With the management specialty as the object of investigation,through the investigation of the current situation of the practical training teaching of the elderly service and management specialty in the secondary vocational school,the problems are analyzed,and further countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,so as to provide reference for the training and teaching construction of the elderly service and management specialty in the secondary vocational school,and provide the research for the service and management specialty of the elderly in secondary vocational schools.Certain theoretical basis.This paper selects a secondary vocational and technical school in T City as a case study.First of all,through the analysis of the domestic and foreign research review of the elderly service and management major,this survey looks up the relevant national policy information to understand the current situation of the elderly service and management professional training teaching at home and abroad.Secondly,from the nine aspects of training teaching arrangement,training teaching content,training teaching management,training teaching methods,training teaching equipment,training teaching evaluation,training teaching effect,training teachers,school enterprise cooperation,interview and questionnaire survey are carried out respectively to clarify the current situation of training teaching of senior service and management major in the secondary vocational school.It is found that the following problems exist in the practice teaching of the elderly service and management major in the school: unreasonable arrangement of the practice teaching,insufficient construction of the management system of the training room,inconsistent content of the practice teaching and training objectives,single method of the practice teaching,imperfect equipment of the practice teaching,poor effect of the practice teaching,imperfect evaluation of the practice teaching,weak teachers of the practice training,and poor cooperation between the school and the enterprise.In the end,it puts forward suggestions from five aspects: improving the management of practical teaching,building a "double teacher" training faculty,clarifying the objectives of practical teaching,and deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises. |
