In recent years,profound changes have taken place in the K12(Kindergarten through Grade 12)education and training industry.Firstly,due to the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020,the market penetration rate of online education has seen a great growth.Some main enterprises has gained tens of millions of users.However,online training institutions have a higher customer acquisition cost because of users dispersion.Meanwhile,the physical education institutions have undergone serious impacts,with some off-campus training institutions forced to suspend courses.Some education institutions,including well-known ones,have failed due to the capital chain rupture.Secondly,changes of the state’s education and training industry policies have a significant impact on the operation cost and development direction of training institutions.With the help of the Internet technologies,such as China’s leading 5G technology,big data technology,video live streaming technology and etc.,the ways,channels and scales for people to access information are all changed greatly,which makes the communication in education and training spread faster,and more and more convenient.With the continuous enrichment of teaching models,the integration of offline education and online education is starting a new development trend.Education and training institutions,as a supplement to school education,have attracted wide attention from the community to its courses which is increasingly becoming a rigid need product.In China,there is adequate competition and different types of institutions in the education and training industry.Due to the scattered market,low concentration and great number,the teaching quality of training institutions are in various level.In this business plan,we systematically analyze and prove the YT educational project with relevant theoretical knowledge,such as marketing management,project management,strategic management,human resources,entrepreneurial management,finance management,project proof and evaluation,and etc.Firstly,the background and significance of the thesis topic are introduced;and a literature review is conducted on the development and business plans of the domestic extracurricular education industry of primary and secondary schools;then the basic project information of YT educational company is introduced,as well as market analysis and industrial analysis;Porter’s five-force competition model and SWOT model are applied to plan for the future strategies.And then STP theory is used to subdivide the target market,and to make the market positioning of YT educational company clear;and combined with 4P theory and4 R theory,marketing strategies are made for YT educational company.Then,makes the plan for the future human resources development,forecasts the financial situation of the company in the next five years,reasonably estimates the costs,expenses and sales revenue,compiles the relevant financial statements according to the data,and analyzes the return on investment;finally,analyzes the potential risks of the future development and puts forward prevention measures.Through the demonstration in this paper,the conclusion is drawn that the project,with controllable risks,has good economic value and social benefits,and can achieve scale expansion and development.
