Research purposes:This study takes the influence of IHP(Institute of Human Motor Performance)training system in functional training in the sensitive quality of men table tennis players in Shaanxi Province,and 10 table tennis players in Shaanxi Province,To verify whether the IHPtraining system in functional training can be applied to the future physical training of table tennis players,so that the physical training of athletes is more efficient.Research Methodology:In this study,10 athletes above Shaanxi Province men’s table tennis team were selected as the test indicators,training plan design and training content by literature data method,expert interview method and data statistics method.Experimental research was carried out by experimental method,the test index were established by expert interview method,and the basic information of 10 athletes,the total score of FMS test,and various sensitive quality indicators were collected before the experiment.After a 10-week IHP training system intervention,the sensitive indicators of the subjects were again tested and recorded,and the data were finally subjected to statistical analysis.The results of the study:(1)From the total score of the athlete FMS test before and after the experiment,there was a significant difference(P<0.01).Among them,the two test items of hurdle step and straight lunge walk showed significant differences(P<0.01),and the torso stability push-up test items showed significant differences(P<0.05).(2)The sensitive test results of the athletes in the experimental group before and after the experiment were statistically analyzed,and the A-word stride movement,3 meters lateral movement and light selection response in the test items were increased by 0.373 seconds,0.407 seconds and 30.3 milliseconds respectively compared with the pre-training intervention average,respectively,and the T test of the paired samples showed significant differences(P<0.05),and the Ttype running and light simple reactions were increased by 1.506 seconds and 47.83 milliseconds compared with the pre-training intervention averages,respectively.Presented extremely significant differences(P<0.01);Conclusions:(1)The IHP training system can improve the dynamic stability and flexibility of the joints of the lower limbs of athletes,and can also improve the ability of the sagittal torso to maintain stability,and play a role in optimizing the action mode of experimental athletes to a certain extent.(2)The IHP training system can improve the sports performance of table tennis players in 3 meters of side slide,T-shaped running,and A-shaped stride movement,and greatly improve the athlete’s acceleration and deceleration,change of direction and coordination ability of various parts of the body,especially the ability of athletes to quickly change direction and change movements during movement.(3)The IHP training system can also improve the simple light response and light selection response of table tennis players,which has a good effect on improving the athlete’s sensitive response ability,hand-eye coordination ability and nerve-muscle control ability. |
