Research Objectives:In the small basketball competition with more and more rapid transition between offense and defense,the flexibility of footstep technology helps basketball players to break through,run and defend more quickly and accurately.In the training practice of professional basketball players,the fit-light training method shows obvious effects of enhancing quick reaction agility and action speed agility.However,there are relatively few studies on whether the fit-light training method can effectively improve the footstep movement and agility of elementary school boys basketball players.Through experimental research,this paper discusses the influence of fit-light training method on the agility quality of elementary school male basketball players,and explores the applicability and effectiveness of fit-light training method in the practice of basketball team training in primary and secondary schools.Methods:In this paper,literature review method is used to review monographs and literature related to the research field,and questionnaire survey method is used to evaluate the mental state,physical health and activity of athletes before and after training.In this study,24 student athletes from the male basketball team of Guan Cheng Jianshe Primary School in Dongguan were selected as experimental subjects,aged 11-12 years old.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(12 people in each group).Fit-light training method and traditional mobile training method were used for 14-week training intervention and single-blind experimental test.The tests were carried out before and after the 14-week training intervention respectively.The test items mainly included professional-level movement sensitivity parallel movement test,T-shape sensitivity test,three-cone bucket sensitivity test and quadrant jump sensitivity test,which were completed by specialized testers.Two people in the control group withdrew due to incomplete test indicators,and the final effective sample size was 12 people in the experimental group and 10 people in the control group.Independent sample T test and paired sample T test were used to test and analyze the questionnaire and experimental data.Results:(1)There was no significant difference between the two groups before the experiment in the ability of shifting speed and direction.After the experiment,the total time of professional level sensitive parallel movement was 6.578 ± 0.288 seconds in the experimental group and 6.913±0.349 seconds in the control group(P=0.023),and 11.151±0.492 seconds and 11.727±0.591 seconds in the three-cone bucket(P =0.021).The cross quadrant jump scores were 24.473±1.685 and 22.235±3.186(P=0.048),respectively.It is suggested that fit-light training method is more effective than traditional mobile training method in improving agility.(2)In the lateral displacement dimension,there was no significant difference between the two groups before the experiment.After the experiment,the c segment of professional-grade motion sensitive parallel movement test was running to the right speed after starting,and the sub-time of the experimental group and the control group were 1.824 ± 0.158 seconds and 1.941 ± 0.140 seconds respectively(P =0.038),indicating significant difference.(3)Elementary school male basketball players received good feedback from the seven dimensions of training status monitoring and evaluation,fatigue feeling,self-efficacy,self-regulation,physical recovery,psychological exhaustion and psychological fatigue through fit-light training method,and were well recognized and loved.(4)In the multi-direction displacement dimension,there was no significant difference between the two groups before the experiment.After the experiment,the b segment of the three-cone barrel parallel movement sensitivity test was analogue-curve running,and the sub-time of the experimental group and the control group were 4.038±0.241 seconds and 4.332±0.383 seconds respectively(P=0.040).The errors of cross quadrant jump test were 1.583±0.987 times and 3.200±2.014times(P=0.023),and the scores of cross quadrant jump test were 24.473±1.685 times and 22.235±3.186 times(P=0.048),indicating significant difference.(5)In the questionnaire,the pre-test and post-test scores of emotional stress dimension in the experimental group were 1.271±0.569 and 1.313±0.684(P=0.873),and the feel-good dimension scores were 4.104±1.213 and 4.271±0.559(P=0.67),respectively.Fatigue dimension scores were 1.708 ± 0.903 and 1.416 ± 0.894(P=0.435),self-efficacy dimension scores were 3.917 ± 0.814 and 3.833 ± 0.669(P=0.155),respectively.The scores of self-regulation dimension were 3.917±0.814 and 4.354±0.548(P=0.137),and the scores of physical recovery were 4.0417±0.714 and 4.167 ± 0.634(P=0.655),respectively.The scores of psychological exhaustion dimension were 1.375±1.146 points and 1.375±1.146 points(P=1.000),and the scores of psychological fatigue dimension were 1.979±1.0195 points and 1.563±0.791 points(P=0.275),respectively.There was no significant difference between pre-test and post-test in the experimental group.Research Conclusions:(1)Fit-light training may have better effect than traditional mobile training in improving the agility of elementary school male basketball players.(2)Fit-light training may be better than traditional mobile training in improving the ability of elementary school male basketball players to run with lateral displacement to the right variable speed,run with longitudinal displacement and stationary start,run with multi-direction displacement curve and body coordination and control.(3)The primary school boy basketball players have received good feedback in the seven-dimensional survey of training state monitoring and evaluation,fatigue feeling,self-efficacy,self-regulation,physical recovery,psychological exhaustion and psychological fatigue through the Fit-light training method,and they are well recognized and loved;(4)Fit-light training method can enhance the interest of footstep movement training of elementary school basketball players,which may be more conducive to improving the mobile skills of elementary school basketball players and improving the function of agility.
