| Research purposeAs one of the three big balls,volleyball has a broad mass base in our country.The development of the volleyball in college and universities in our country plays an indispensable role in the development of volleyball,volleyball team construction in colleges and universities but also reflects the development level of the group of the volleyball in China.Volleyball sports in the world competitive level gradually improve the environment,our country volleyball sports competitive level whether can continue to stay ahead,it is worth exploring the current problems.Volleyball is a cross-network antagonistic project,the technique and tactics are complex,the pace of the attack is fast,the consumption of the physical energy is great.This paper mainly discusses the core stability training effects on the sensitive quality of men volleyball in college,through the implementation of core stability training exercise group,with the traditional strength training of the control group,comparing the indicators to explore core stability training to improve the role of the men volleyball players sensitive quality colleges and universities.The research methodsThis study with 2013 capital institute of physical education,students of grade 2014 volleyball elective class as the experimental object,through interviews with experts and consulting,sensitive to select five qualities as test index,to the quality of the experiment on sensitive subjects before grouping test scores(divided into exercise group and control group),the statistical test,P > 0.05 group there was no significant difference,reasonable and effective in different groups.On this basis,the training for the core training,control the power of the ordinary training,8 weeks after test again test results,the indicators finally carries on the statistical analysis.The results of the studyAfter 8 weeks of training,the training group and the control group were improved.There was a significant difference(P < 0.05)in the training group compared to before the experiment,while the control group improved but the difference was not significant(P > 0.05).After the training of 2,8 weeks,the index of all sensitive qualities of the training group was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05).The research conclusionThe core stability training can effectively improve the quality of the volleyball special students.The core stability training can improve the ability of volleyball players to grasp(pass,ball,ball,serve,block,move).Core stability training is effective in preventing injury of volleyball players. |
